Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the performance of operational and maintenance costs in the DI irrigation network. Paguyaman. To achieve this goal, the researchers used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents who were involved in the implementation and monitoring of DI irrigation networks. Paguyaman. Data collection was carried out by way of a direct survey to the location and a list of questions in the questionnaire for primary data. As for the secondary data obtained from the literature and data from related agencies. Based on the results of the questionnaire from the respondents, a ranking was made of the causal factors that affect the performance of operational and maintenance costs in the DI irrigation network. Paguyaman. From the ranking results, there are 15 factors that are categorized as influential. The conclusions that can be drawn after statistical tests are that there are seven factors that influence the performance of operational costs and maintenance of irrigation networks in D.I Paguyaman. These factors are unexpected conditions and events (floods, earthquakes and others), general information and methods in carrying out operations and maintenance for field officers are inadequate, there is still a lack of responsibility for officers in carrying out irrigation operations and maintenance, changes in areas that encouraging the conversion of paddy fields to other users, the number of operational and maintenance officers is still lacking, the equipment is of poor quality and there is no training for P3A, and the most dominant factors affecting the performance of operational costs and maintenance of irrigation networks in D.I Paguyaman are conditions and events that unexpected events (floods, earthquakes, etc.).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze people's needs and expectations for IoT-based bus services in Gorontalo District. The research approach involves literature studies, online surveys, direct interviews, and descriptive and qualitative data analysis. The research results show that 43% of Gorontalo Regency residents are interested in switching to using IoT-based bus services, with the majority interested in traveling in the context of work. The development of IoT-based smart buses is expected to improve the quality of transportation, reduce congestion, and accidents, and improve the overall quality of life for society. However, it is recommended that there be collaboration between the government, community, and the private sector to successfully implement this service, especially in Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja campuran aspal dapat dicapai melalui modifikasi campuran untuk menghasilkan campuran yang kuat dan tahan lama. Terutama di Indonesia, yang memiliki iklim tropis dengan curah hujan tinggi dan jumlah kendaraan yang terus meningkat, jalan raya sering mengalami kerusakan akibat iklim, cuaca, dan beban kendaraan harian. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya aspal yang mampu bertahan terhadap perubahan cuaca dan iklim, dan salah satu solusinya adalah menggunakan bahan aditif seperti plastik HDPE (High Density Polythylene).Plastik HDPE ini diintegrasikan sebagai bahan aditif dalam aspal modifikasi yang mencakup agregat kasar batu split. Hasil pengujian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa aspal dengan tambahan plastik HDPE menghasilkan nilai uji marshall yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan aspal tanpa aditif. Sebagai upaya perbaikan, penelitian ini melakukan penambahan HDPE dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas aspal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan plastik HDPE pada campuran aspal modifikasi, dengan variasi persentase 0%, 3,5%, 5,5%, 7,5%, dan 9,5% dari total berat agregat Bin 1. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan HDPE secara signifikan meningkatkan nilai stabilitas. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa ada batasan dalam jumlah penambahan HDPE, dengan beberapa nilai seperti VIM, VMA, dan VFA tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi spesifikasi.Dari hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa penambahan HDPE sebesar 5,5% dari total berat agregat Bin 1 memberikan hasil terbaik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan HDPE pada campuran aspal modifikasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja campuran dengan mencapai nilai stabilitas optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Tinjauan Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Jl. A. A. Wahab, Jl. Sun Ismail, dan Jl. KH Hutu Badu" yang dianalisis menggunakan metode pedoman Jalan Indonesia 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja persimpangan tak bersinyal di Kabupaten Gorontalo berdasarkan data survei lapangan dan analisis perhitungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat arus lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi pada jam 17.00-18.00 WITA. Kinerja persimpangan dinilai dari beberapa indikator utama: nilai derajat kejenuhan (Dj) sebesar 0,501, yang masih lebih kecil dari batas maksimum 0,85; tundaan lalu lintas sebesar 5,86 detik, yang berada di bawah ambang batas 10 detik; dan nilai peluang antrian sebesar 17,92%, yang berada di bawah batas aman 35%. Kesimpulan dari analisis ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja persimpangan tersebut masih berada dalam kategori yang baik dan aman menurut pedoman yang berlaku.
