Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of implementation of the tridharma of higher education which integrates education, research and community service. The Garut Institute of Technology Thematic KKN in the 2022/2023 Academic Year is a clear example of this concept. In the Bayongbong District area, as many as 403 students from 5 study programs participated in this KKN program, with a focus on Strengthening Village Independence through the Use of Technology to Support Increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) in Sukarame Village. This KKN method is divided into three main stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. During the implementation of KKN, students carry out various programs that cover various important aspects of society. They provide seminars on digital literacy, provide Healthy Home services, assist in tempeh waste management, develop the Kawal Desa Application, improve the quality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products, and provide education about nutrition and preventing anemia. Apart from these programs, the KKN group also actively participates in activities with the community, such as counseling about waste banks, teaching activities for children, teaching the Koran, environmental cleanup activities every Friday, joint sports activities, as well as various celebration activities in commemoration of Hari Birthday of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of implementing this KKN are clearly visible in improving the quality of life in Sukarame Village, Bayongbong, Garut Regency. A holistic approach that combines education, research and community service has brought significant positive benefits to local communities.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk Cerai talak dan cerai gugat merupakan salah satu putusnya perkawinan. Menurut pasal 149 KHI bahwa akibat hukum cerai talak adalah bekas suami wajib memberikan mut’ah dan nafkah iddah kepada bekas istrinya dengan syarat tertentu. Dengan adanya SEMA nomor 2 tahun 2019, maka bekas istri berhak mut’ah dan nafkah iddah menurut hukum islam dan akibat hukum cerai gugat terhadap mut’ah dan nafkah iddah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian terhadap data sekunder yang berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang dikumpulkan dengan cara studi pustaka. Kemudian data yang telah terkumpul diatas dan dianalisis serta kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan mut’ah dan nafkah iddah akibat perceraian adalah hak bekas istri dan kewajiban suami untuk memilihnya. Dengan terjadinya cerai gugat, bekas istri tetap berhak mut’ah dan nafkah iddah dan bekas suaminya melalui penerapan hak ex officio hukum pengadilan agama.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of quiz competitions as an interactive learning medium to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding, particularly regarding humanitarian (Red Cross) education. The analysis shows that quiz competitions effectively improve students’ comprehension of humanitarian principles. Through this approach, students not only strengthen their cognitive abilities in understanding Red Cross concepts but also develop humanitarian values, discipline, and social responsibility. The data reveal a significant improvement in participants’ understanding after the competition. Before the event, 83% of participants were in the low category, 4% in the fair category, and 13% in the good category. After the competition, 75% of participants reached the fair category, and 25% achieved the good category. Contributing factors to this improvement include adequate learning preparation, understanding of the material through quiz questions, and strong intrinsic motivation to achieve. Therefore, quiz competitions can serve as an innovative and effective learning strategy to strengthen students’ knowledge, attitudes, and character development in both primary and secondary education settings.
