Abstract

ABSTRACT Health is a fundamental right and needs that humans need to live their lives. As social creatures, humans cannot live alone to guarantee that their right to health can be fulfilled, therefore, in the modern world of life, the state plays a role in providing access to health for the entire community. In Malang City, to be precise, the Dinoyo Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a model community health center that is quite good at implementing preventive health access to the community by prioritizing the program (PTSSIBE), namely professionalism, responsibility, quality awareness, time awareness, initiative, cleanliness, empathy. The cultural innovation of health services with this program certainly provides high standards for the community, so the Dinoyo Malang Community Health Center is trusted to open Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) clinic services. From the health service program and achievements obtained by the Dinoyo Malang Community Health Center, a community satisfaction survey can be described using indicators of requirements, procedures, service time, costs/tariffs, service results, implementer competence, implementer behavior, service announcements, complaints about handling critical suggestions. The community satisfaction survey aims to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the health service innovation program (PTSSIBE) at the Dinoyo Community Health Center, Malang City. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with four alternative measurement scales for community responses, namely: strongly agree (SS: score 4), agree (S: score 3), disagree (ts: score 2), and strongly disagree (sts: score 1 ). The results of the research show that out of 100 respondents (the public) gave an assessment of satisfaction with health services at the Dinoyo Malang Community Health Center as follows: the competence and professionalism of the implementers received the best assessment from the community with a score of 3.00, the behavior of the implementers received a score of 2.93 and service announcements with a score of 2.92. The health service survey results with the lowest scores were complaints, criticism, and suggestions with a score of 2.60, service time with a score: 2.74, and service costs with a score of 2.76. It can be concluded that according to the results of the public health service satisfaction survey at the Dinoyo Community Health Center, Malang City, it is necessary to carry out a program evaluation (PTSSIE) to improve the quality of health services. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to understand the role of the Subak organization in communication between organizations and the government in the use of water for agriculture in Badung Regency, Bali. Based on the results of research conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), it was found that there was a significant information gap between policies made by the government and their implementation in the field, thus hampering the effectiveness of these policies. Modernization and urbanization have also led to an increase in the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural uses, thereby reducing the irrigation function of Subak. In addition, the younger generation's participation in subak activities is decreasing because they are more interested in other sectors that are more modern and financially promising. Therefore, creative initiatives are needed to attract the attention of the younger generation and increase effective communication between Subak and the government. Abstract

Abstract This scientific research journal discusses the effectiveness of public service policy innovations regarding population document issuance services by the Population and Civil Registration Service of Kediri Regency with its program, namely one day closer (sahaja kekat). In the Sahaja Lekat program, extra time services are also provided, namely Cheerful Saturdays, this program provides an opportunity for people in Kediri Regency to process population documents on Saturdays in 26 sub-districts in the Kediri Regency area. Since it was launched on March 15 2021, the Sahaja Lekat program has received an award from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023 and 2024 for public service compliance from the performance of the Kediri district government. The results of this research show that public services in the Sahaja Lekat program have been implemented well, however in the field there are still several problems identified, such as the Saturday Cheer program not being able to provide services for correcting birth certificate data and having to come to the office during working hours and days, network maintenance is down. So the Saturday Cheer program is finally on holiday, and the service for repairing data on death certificates and birth certificates that are damaged or lost and reissued takes a long time, namely 3 days to 1 week. From the description of implementation and problems in the Sahaja Sticky and Saturday Cheerful programs, analysis is needed to understand the effectiveness of public service innovation in the field of publishing population data.

Abstract

The Mataram City Archives and Library Service (Diarpus) is one of the Regional Technical Institutional Organizations responsible for organizing archives to form a national integrated archive management system. This research aims to determine how far the use of the Srikandi Application in implementing e-government is to improve the quality of research services. This uses a descriptive qualitative approach to produce information. Determining informants uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a data source sampling technique including the head of utilization and archival services development in analyzing data using the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model which can be visualized as follows: Data Collection, Reduction, Data Presentation, The conclusion that is used as a reference for researchers in the theory put forward by Edwards III is that there are four variables in public policy, namely Communication, Resources, Implementing Attitudes and Bureaucratic Structure. It can be concluded that the inhibiting factors are employees' lack of understanding in implementing their duties and responsibilities and human Resources (HR). ) is still considered lacking or limited, and infrastructure is still somewhat lacking. Researchers' suggestions for implementing Electronic Government through an Integrated System (SRIKANDI) in the Mataram City archives and library service, namely increasing the provision of facilities, including infrastructure, and providing training or private practice to employees who are still in a situation where they are technologically illiterate and have difficulty using the SRIKANDI application

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran dari sekolah rerpublik indonesia tokyo (SRIT) dalam menjaga hubungan bilateral antara indonesia dan jepang tetap harmonis melalui bidang pendidikan formal. SRIT menyediakan instrumen pendidikan berbasis kurikulum nasional indonesia bagi anak-anak pekerja migran di jepang dan ini menjadi sarana sebagai simbol diplomasi antara pemerintah indonesia dan jepang dalam menyelenggarakan kerjasama melalui program transfer pengetahuan kebudayaan, keilmuan, teknologi dan informasi dalam sektor pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan multikultural dan manajemen organisasi yang efektif, sekolah republik indonesia tokyo berhasil menyelsaikan berbagai tantangan seperti adanya keterbatasan dana serta kebutuhan adaptasi kurikulum internasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sekolah republik indonesia tokyo mampu berperan untuk menjadi diplomasi kepentingan pendidikan antar negara terkait. Hubungan bilateral yang saling menguntungkan akhirnya menghasilkan manfaat jangka panjang untuk bidang akademis maupun bidang lainnya yang menjadi isu strategis untuk terus ditingkatkan dari sisi konsolidasi antar lembaga. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya hubungan kolaboratif antara pemerintah dan masuarakat pekerja migran serta komunitas jepang dalam menjaga keberlangsungan oerasional sekolah republik indonesia tokyo bagi kemaslahatan kedua negara yakni indonesia dan jepang.
