Abstract

In many places around the world, riparian areas of rivers serve as arenas for both livelihood and conflict among various stakeholders. This is also true for the riparian area of the Ciliwung River in Cawang Village, East Jakarta, Indonesia, which possesses unique social, ecological, and political dynamics that can serve as a reference for studies on riparian zones in urban settings. By focusing on the journey of the Urban Ecoriparian Program initiated and implemented by the Kelompok Tani Saung Cawang and the Kelompok Siaga Air Ciliwung in collaboration with the CSR team of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Halim Perdanakusuma, this qualitative study highlights flood disaster mitigation efforts that have been in place since 2021. The findings of this study reveal, firstly, that the flood issues in the Cawang riparian area are not merely environmental problems but are also deeply rooted in social and political issues. Secondly, these issues are being addressed through the Ecoriparian Program by adapting to the unique challenges and experiences of the Cawang community, which has developed an involutive adaptation pattern to floods. Thirdly, this program’s alignment with the community’s adaptation pattern has led to broader acceptance and active participation from the Cawang community. Fourthly, the program has spurred various transformations, including individual, collective, and even political changes, as it has influenced and resulted in flood management policies at the village level. Fifthly, the resulting village-level policies demonstrate that the program has also contributed to political education for the Cawang community.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) can be used as a new technology in organizing virtual and paperless exhibitions to make the products on display more attractive and updated regularly. This can happen because AR is a technology that integrates the virtual and real worlds. AR has been widely used as a medium to assist in providing information in real-time in an interesting, interactive, and educational way. This journal explains the development of AR media and its feasibility as an international promotional media in introducing the E-Mobility Ecosystem. The E-Mobility Ecosystem is a PENTA-branded convertible electric car, one of PNJ's superior technologies. The Hannover Messe'23 exhibition with the theme "Making Indonesia 4.0" requires products to be displayed in digital form (paperless). Thus, an application is needed to support digital promotion. This research aims to develop a Marker-Based AR application as one of the promotional media for E-Mobility Ecosystem products, which consist of charging stations, electric vehicles, and the Center Of Otomo-tive. The output of this research is an application that can show E-Mobility Ecosystem products by displaying a 3D Model when the mobile camera is directed at a card given an Object marker. This research method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). This research has been successfully developed and distributed. This is evidenced by user assessment using a Likert scale with a success rate of 87.8% strongly agree.

Abstract

Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Halim Perdanakusuma is a fuel distribution company located in Jakarta. Pertamina AFT Halim Perdanakusuma is actively implements corporate social responsibility programs, one of them is Urban Ekoriparian located in Cawang Village Kramat Jati Sub District, East Jakarta. Located on the banks of the Ciliwung river, Cawang Village with its densely populated housing, is at hish risk of flooding. A significant issue faced by the community is the widespread disposal of waste along the riverbanks. In response to this problem, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Halim Perdanakusuma initiated the Urban Ekoriparian program and targeting vulnerable groups as program beneficiaries. This research aims to know how the CSR Urban Ekoriparian program conducted by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Halim Perdanakusuma operates in Cawang Village. Methods used in this research was a descriptive qualitative method. The analysis results show that the Urban Ekoriparian Program targets Kelompok Saung as the program implementer, involving several activities such as urban farming and disaster training. The company actively engages the community in every stage, from planning to implementation and monitoring. The vulnerable groups involved in this program include the elderly and impoverished community. The conclusion of this research indicates that the Urban Ekoriparian program provides benefits to the community in terms of the environment, economy, and socio-cultural aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) sebagai instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui pendekatan literature review. KPI merupakan indikator terukur yang digunakan untuk menilai pencapaian tujuan organisasi, baik pada tingkat individu, departemen, maupun perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Kajian ini mengompilasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah dari jurnal, skripsi, tesis, dan prosiding nasional maupun internasional yang membahas penerapan KPI di berbagai sektor seperti manufaktur, jasa, perhotelan, dan industri pertahanan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan KPI yang tepat mampu meningkatkan disiplin kerja, motivasi, produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian indikator dengan strategi perusahaan, dukungan manajemen puncak, keterlibatan karyawan, serta integrasi dengan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang transparan. Tantangan yang sering dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan penentuan target yang tidak tepat. Studi ini merekomendasikan perancangan KPI yang memenuhi prinsip SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi karyawan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti dashboard interaktif untuk memantau kinerja secara real-time. Dengan penerapan yang konsisten dan terintegrasi, KPI dapat menjadi alat efektif untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja berkelanjutan dan memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological safety and collaborative work culture in improving sustainable organizational performance. Using a quantitative survey-based approach, data was collected from employees in various organizational sectors and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that psychological safety positively influences collaborative work culture and directly and indirectly impacts organizational performance through the mediation of collaborative culture. These findings reinforce previous literature emphasizing the importance of leadership and organizational culture in creating a work environment that supports openness, innovation, and long-term commitment. Collaborative work culture has proven to be a strategic pathway in promoting knowledge sharing, effective communication, and employee loyalty, which contribute to organizational sustainability. Additionally, visionary and transformational leadership plays a crucial role in creating psychological safety that encourages active employee participation. Practically, this research underscores that organizations need to integrate psychological safety and collaborative work culture into their human resource management strategies to enhance productivity, innovation, and sustainable competitiveness. Thus, these findings contribute to the development of organizational behavior theory and managerial implications for building adaptive and competitive organizations in the era of disruption

Abstract

Program Kampung BIRU (Budidaya Integratif Riparian Urban) merupakan inisiatif Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Halim Perdanakusuma yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Cawang, Jakarta Timur, sejak tahun 2021. Program ini hadir sebagai respon terhadap kompleksitas masalah perkotaan, khususnya kerentanan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang dialami masyarakat bantaran Sungai Ciliwung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak Kampung BIRU pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampung BIRU memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Dari aspek sosial, program ini meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat kohesi sosial, serta memberdayakan kelompok rentan melalui berbagai kegiatan kolektif. Dari aspek ekonomi, program membuka peluang usaha baru berbasis urban farming dan pengelolaan sampah sirkular, yang berkontribusi pada ketahanan pangan sekaligus menambah pendapatan rumah tangga. Dari aspek lingkungan, Kampung BIRU berhasil menata ulang kawasan bantaran sungai menjadi ruang hijau produktif, mengurangi volume sampah, memperbaiki kualitas ekosistem riparian, serta meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan warga terhadap banjir. Secara keseluruhan, Kampung BIRU dapat dipandang sebagai model inovasi CSR berbasis ekoriparian yang mampu menyinergikan dimensi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Program ini juga berkontribusi langsung terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 2 (Tanpa Kelaparan), SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi), dan SDG 13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim). The Kampung BIRU (Budidaya Integratif Riparian Urban/Integrative Riparian Urban Cultivation) program is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Halim Perdanakusuma, implemented in Cawang, East Jakarta, since 2021. This program was initiated as a response to the complex challenges of urban areas, particularly the social, economic, and environmental vulnerabilities faced by communities living along the Ciliwung River. This study aims to describe the impacts of Kampung BIRU on three main aspects: social, economic, and environmental. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document reviews, then analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that Kampung BIRU has generated significant positive impacts. In the social aspect, the program has strengthened community participation, enhanced social cohesion, and empowered vulnerable groups through collective initiatives. In the economic aspect, the program has created new livelihood opportunities through urban farming and circular waste management, contributing to household food security and income generation. In the environmental aspect, the program successfully revitalized the riverbank area into productive green space, reduced waste volume entering the river, improved riparian ecosystem quality, and strengthened community preparedness for flooding. Overall, Kampung BIRU demonstrates a CSR-based eco-riparian innovation model capable of synergizing social, economic, and environmental dimensions in a sustainable manner. The program also directly contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
