Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the “Relationship Between The Formation Of Study Groups And Student Learning Independence. This research uses a quantitative approach with the correlation method. In this study, the sample was 70 students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Medan. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The validity of the instrument is obtained using the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability of the instrument is obtained using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation Statistics to test the hypotheses in the research with the help of SPSS 29 for Windows. The analysis results show r = 0.541 and Rsquare = 0.321 and a significant value of 0.001 (p<0.05). Based on the results of this research, the research hypothesis "there is a relationship between the formation of learning groups and learning independence" is put forward. Considering that this relationship is positive at .541, it can be stated that the formation of study groups is related to student learning independence in class XI PS  SMA Negeri 8 Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the cost structure and profitability of the broiler duck farming business (anas sp) in Batee Puteh Village, Langsa Lama District, Langsa City. The method used is a survey method. The population in this study were breeders who cultivated broiler ducks with an ownership scale of more than 100 individuals, totaling 2 people. The method used in sampling is the Census Method. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the cost structure incurred by breeders consists of fixed costs of IDR 4,473,535,-/year (2.98%) and variable costs of IDR 79,369,000,-/year (52.91%). The total income received by duck breeders in Batee Puteh Village is IDR 151,200,000,-/year with a total production cost of IDR 83,842,535,-/year resulting in a profit of IDR 67,357,465,-/year and IDR 5,613,122,-/ The month with an average profit is IDR 33,678,733,-/year and IDR 2,806,561,-/month. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis under normal conditions and after changes in production, a 5% decrease in production, a 10% increase in feed prices and a 15% decrease in cage usage costs indicate that the duck farming business in Batee Puteh Village is still feasible to run

Abstract

This study aims to implement group guidance services with guided imagery techniques as an effort to reduce excessive anxiety in class XI F2 students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan. Anxiety is a common problem that can affect students' physical and psychological health, so it needs to be handled effectively. The research method used is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) with two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 5 students who were identified as experiencing excessive anxiety based on the assessment results. The results showed that the application of guided imagery techniques was effective in increasing students' sense of calm and confidence. Evaluation of both cycles showed significant improvements in students' affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, as well as a positive impact on their involvement in the guidance process. This study is expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling practices in schools and enrich knowledge about anxiety management techniques.

Abstract

The method used in sampling is the Census Method, namely by taking the entire population to be used as a sample. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the cost structure incurred by breeders consists of: fixed costs amounting to IDR 4.473.535,-/year with a percentage of 2,98% and variable costs as big as IDR 79,369,000/year with a percentage of 52,91%. The total income received by duck breeders in Batee Puteh Village is IDR151.200.000,-/year with total production costs of IDR83.842.535,-/year thereby generating huge profits IDR67.357.465,-/Year and IDR5.613.122,-/Month with the average profit being IDR33.678.733,-/Year and IDR2.806.561,-/Month. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis under normal conditions and after changes in production, a 5% decrease in production, a 10% increase in feed prices and a 15% decrease in cage usage costs indicate that the duck farming business in Batee Puteh Village is still feasible to run.
