Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach, observation, interviews, and data collection which aims to answer questions about how the outpatient service system at Koja Hospital. This qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The outpatient service system at Koja Hospital still has obstacles in the system, including data entry constrained by signals because it uses a computerized system, the system has an error, sometimes the patient has been called by the nurse several times to be examined but the patient is not in place. From the results of this study, Koja Regional General Hospital already has an adequate system by using an online system, namely SIDOLAN, with this system it will make it easier for patients to seek outpatient treatment according to the intended polyclinic and the intended specialist.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) with the aim of determining the coding classification system for storing dynamic archives, obstacles, and solutions to the dynamic archive storage system. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research and a case study approach to provide a comprehensive picture of the manual archive storage system in the correspondence system. The unit of analysis in this study is employees in the Property and General Division, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) who often store dynamic archives manually which are archived in the archive warehouse. Data collection techniques are carried out using several methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the coding classification system for storing archives manually uses a system based on their respective divisions. For storing the archives, they are archived in the archive warehouse, namely the PGN Mas Warehouse and the BGR Warehouse, which are located very far from the head office, so that in storing the archives manually, there are obstacles, namely the difficulty of finding the archives again when the archives are needed. One solution to overcome these obstacles is by communicating between the archivist and the division that needs the letter and the archivist will make a simple index. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be suggestions and input regarding the manual archive storage system in the correspondence system for future improvements.

Abstract

Ketersediaan air bersih yang memenuhi standar kesehatan masih menjadi permasalahan di berbagai wilayah, terutama pada masyarakat yang bergantung pada air sumur. Permasalahan utama yang sering dijumpai adalah rendahnya kualitas air akibat tingginya kandungan logam besi (Fe) dan mangan (Mn) serta buruknya kualitas fisik air, seperti kekeruhan, warna, dan bau. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan dampak kesehatan apabila air digunakan secara terus menerus tanpa pengolahan yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh proses filtrasi air berbasis material alami jerami terhadap penurunan kandungan Fe dan Mn secara indikatif, meningkatkan kualitas fisik air, serta menentukan kombinasi media filtrasi yang paling optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen sederhana melalui perbandingan kondisi air sebelum dan sesudah proses filtrasi. Sistem filtrasi dirancang menggunakan media alami dan mineral yang disusun secara berlapis, meliputi jerami, arang sekam padi, karbon aktif, pasir silika, kerikil zeolit, dan spons Aquadine. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kekeruhan, warna, dan bau air, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan skor penilaian kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses filtrasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas air sumur. Terjadi penurunan indikatif kandungan Fe dan Mn yang ditunjukkan oleh berkurangnya bau logam dan warna kekuningan air. Kualitas fisik air mengalami peningkatan signifikan, ditandai dengan air yang lebih jernih, tidak berwarna, dan tidak berbau. Kombinasi media filtrasi berlapis terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan penggunaan media tunggal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem filtrasi air berbasis material alami jerami merupakan solusi sederhana, ekonomis, dan aplikatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas air sumur, sehingga berpotensi menjadi teknologi tepat guna untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat.
