Abstract

Transformasi digital yang pesat menimbulkan persyaratan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang kian meningkat dan berbeda dari generasi sebelumnya. Dengan segala perubahan teknologi yang terjadi, tempat kerja digital dianggap sebagai evolusi alami dari sebuah tempat kerja. Menurut hasil Susenas tahun 2020, perkiraan jumlah pemuda mencapai 64,50 juta jiwa atau hampir seperempat dari total penduduk Indonesia. Untuk itulah diperlukan pemahaman dan kesiapan yang benar pada diri pemuda untuk menghadapi transisi tempat kerja digital. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada generasi muda mengenai prospek karir dan tantangan dalam menghadapi digital workplace, dan memberikan gambaran mengenai hard skill dan soft skill yang harus dimiliki agar dapat bersaing di era transformasi digital. Pada saat pelaksanaan, peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 points likert-scale baik dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test. Terdapat 98 peserta yang mengikuti pre-test namun hanya 86 peserta saja yang mengisi post-test. Setelah dilakukan eliminasi data, didapati hanya 46 peserta yang mengisi baik pre-test maupun post-test. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 26, dengan melakukan uji Wilcoxon sign rank for paired observation sebagai salah satu uji non-parametrik untuk data yang berdistribusi tidak normal. Dari hasil Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (asymp.sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05), sehingga disimpulkan terdapat peran yang signifikan atas peningkatan pemahaman terhadap peran HR terhadap audience. Selain itu juga didapati hasil uji signifikansi atas kegiatan webinar ini untuk kesiapan kerja pada era tempat kerja digital memiliki nilai signifikan pada taraf 0.044 (< 0.05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kesiapan kerja pada tempat kerja digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang berjumlah 158 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X1 (budaya organisasi) dan X2 (komunikasi) diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Untuk variabel Y (kinerja) datanya merupakan data sekunder yaitu data yang berasal dari Institusi Kementerian. Data tersebut kemudian diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai diterima. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi untuk R2 adalah 0.571 yang menunjukkan bahwa budayaorganisasi dan komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pada pegawai untuk 57,1%. berdasarkan hasil di atas, disarankan bagi pimpinan institusi agar mampu merubah budaya organisasi dan mendorong pegawai untuk menginternalisasi budaya organisasi serta melaksanakan komunikasi yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja personal yang secara tidak lagsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) with the aim of determining the coding classification system for storing dynamic archives, obstacles, and solutions to the dynamic archive storage system. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research and a case study approach to provide a comprehensive picture of the manual archive storage system in the correspondence system. The unit of analysis in this study is employees in the Property and General Division, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) who often store dynamic archives manually which are archived in the archive warehouse. Data collection techniques are carried out using several methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the coding classification system for storing archives manually uses a system based on their respective divisions. For storing the archives, they are archived in the archive warehouse, namely the PGN Mas Warehouse and the BGR Warehouse, which are located very far from the head office, so that in storing the archives manually, there are obstacles, namely the difficulty of finding the archives again when the archives are needed. One solution to overcome these obstacles is by communicating between the archivist and the division that needs the letter and the archivist will make a simple index. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be suggestions and input regarding the manual archive storage system in the correspondence system for future improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of employee individualism on team dynamics at PT X. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The findings show that the high level of individualism among PT X employees leads to limited collaboration and communication between team members, with most employees preferring to work independently. This reduces face-to-face interactions and hampers team synergy. However, the company is making efforts to address this issue by providing communication training, team-building activities, and collaborative work schemes across divisions. These efforts are expected to improve team effectiveness and foster a more collaborative work culture. The conclusion of this study is that high individualism negatively impacts team dynamics at PT X. To improve team dynamics, it is essential for PT X to continue promoting collaboration and communication among employees through a more open and integrative approach.

Abstract

Abstract. Records containing critical information for a company must be managed properly to preserve their utility and role as an authoritative source of information in supporting accountable and transparent administrative. This study aims to provide insights into the causes, solutions, and prevention of issues related to inactive record storage. The storage condition of inactive records in the Human Capital Database at PT X has not been properly implemented. In this research, the author employed a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the inactive record storage in the Human Capital Database unit faces challenges due to the increasing volume of records and limited storage space. To address these issues, the proposed solution involves transferring inactive records to archival partners to be converted into static records. This effort is undertaken to prevent the accumulation of inactive records in storage.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The unit of analysis in this study is the utilization of e-archive systems in the administrative department of the Ministry of Finance. The results show that the implementation of e-archive systems, such as NADINE and the archiving module in the Satu Kemenkeu super app, has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of document management. The system simplifies filing, retrieval, and document distribution processes while supporting paper usage reduction. However, challenges remain, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of technical competence among human resources (HR), and data security risks. To address these issues, it is necessary to develop HR skills through training and technical guidance, improve technological infrastructure, and maintain systems regularly. Data protection efforts have also been implemented through the use of authenticators, identity verification, antivirus software, and firewalls managed by Pusintek. Recommendations include developing a more user-friendly system and conducting further studies with a quantitative approach in different locations to enrich findings. These optimization strategies are expected to ensure the security, confidentiality, and effectiveness of electronic archive management comprehensively.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that focuses on observing phenomena or events in original conditions. The researcher uses primary and secondary data collection. The data collected for this study were collected directly from the source through observation, documentation, and interview data collection techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, obstacles and recommended solutions for excellent service at the ABC Clinic. This study uses the theory of Miles and Huberman regarding interactive model data analysis. Based on the study's results, it can be seen that the implementation of excellent service at the ABC Clinic is good. However, some patients and service officers still feel that there are obstacles. These obstacles include the lack of human resources, unfriendly officers, and differences in understanding between patients and medical officers. From these obstacles, there are several recommended solutions, namely opening job vacancies, participating in facilitated training, and improving good communication techniques.

Abstract

This research is located at the Youth and Sports Office of Bogor City and is focused on knowing how the process of managing office space, identifying the obstacles faced, and exploring the solutions applied in the management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach to obtain a comprehensive picture of the condition of office layout. The subjects in this study were general employees who had direct involvement in the management and utilization of work space. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that spatial management has not been running optimally, as seen from the inefficient spatial arrangement, limited workspace capacity, and not maximizing the utilization of comfort support elements such as lighting, air ventilation, and aesthetic aspects of the room. The main obstacle found is the physical condition of the building which is an old building and is not fully in accordance with the current office spatial needs. Efforts made by the agency include a needs assessment in the budgeting process based on applicable public service needs standards, as well as maximizing the use of available space to support service efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be a reference and consideration for agencies in developing their office space.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi BSI Mobile di DKI Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif, analisis rata-rata, customer satisfaction index, importance performance analysis, dan GAP analysis. Dimensi pada penelitian ini menggunakan model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yaitu dimensi content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Pada hasil penelitian dengan metode analisis deskriptif, seluruh dimensi EUCS berada pada tingkat kepuasan "sangat tinggi", serta pada tingkat kepentingan aplikasi BSI Mobile berada pada tingkat kepentingan "sangat tinggi" yang di dukung oleh seluruh dimensi EUCS. Pada hasil penelitian analisis rata-rata, seluruh dimensi EUCS berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori “sangat puas” dan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan berada pada kategori “sangat penting”. Pada hasil penelitian metode customer satisfaction index menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa "sangat puas" dengan nilai sebesar 83,95%. Pada hasil metode importance performance analysis dan GAP analysis terdapat beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki dan dipertahankan.
