Abstract

This study entitled Study of Dosage of Photosynthetic Bacteria and PGR on the Growth and Yield of Rice (Oryza sativa. L) with the aim of examining how much influence photosynthetic bacteria dosage and PGR dose have on the growth and yield of Rice plants. This research implemented in the paddy fields of Dukuh Beji Wetan, Kemiri Village, Kebakkramart District, Karanganyar Regency. The experiment was carried out on August 28 – December 11, 2022. The experimental design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and repeated 3 times. The use of photosynthetic bacteria (P) as a factor 1 consists of 4 levels, namely: P0= 0 ml/l, P1= 5 ml/l, P2= 10 ml/l, P3= 15 ml/l. PGR (Z) as factor 2 consists of 3 levels namely: Z0 = 0 ml/l, Z1= 5 ml/l, Z2= 10 ml/l. Data analysis used analysis of variance followed by further tests of multiple linear regression. The results showed that the dose of photosynthetic bacteria and ZPT had an effect on rice plants. But in several observation parameters for the best recommended dose it is not known with certainty so it is advisable to carry out further tests.

Abstract

Research on "The Effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Concentration and Compound Fertilizer on the Yield of Caisim Mustard (Brassica chinensis) Floating Raft Hydroponic System" was carried out from 30 December 2023 to 23 January 2024 at Green House CV. Multi Global Agrindo, which is located at Dukuh Klatak, Karangpandan Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency, with an altitude of 517 masl. This research aims to determine the interaction of compound NPK and Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the growth and yield of caisim mustard greens in a floating raft hydroponic system. The research method used was factorial with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors and including three replications. The research factors have two factors, namely compound NPK treatment and Liquid Organic Fertilizer. The parameters observed include plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, plant stover weight, plant biomass weight, root length, leaf color chart, and organoleptic tests. The data from this research were analyzed using the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results of the research showed that 1) Providing Compound NPK Concentration had a significant effect on Plant Height, Number of Leaves, Leaf Width, Fresh Stove, Fresh Biomass, Plant Biomass, Root Length, Leaf Color Chart, Organoleptic Test 2) Providing liquid Organic Fertilizer treatment had a significant effect on Plant Height, Root Length and Organoleptic Tests 3) The interaction between Compound NPK and Liquid Organic Fertilizer has a significant effect on plant height, root length and leaf color chart. 4) Providing the best treatment in the Liquid Organic Fertilizer concentration treatment of 125 ml/L and NPK 800 ppm which affects the parameters of plant height, root length and leaf color chart.

Abstract

The research is entitle “ The Effect in Planting Distance and Cow Manure Dosage at Growth and Yield of Long Beans Plants (Vigna cylindrica L)”. The research aims to provide the most effective planting distance and dose at cow manure for the growth and yield of long bean plants. Held in December 2023 – February 2024 in the Tohudan Food Plant and Horticulture Seed Garden, Colomadu. The survey used at Completely Randomized Block Design (RCBD) composed in 2 factor at 3 replications, where Factor 1 : S0 = No treatment, S1= 10 tons per hectare, S2= 20 tons per hectare, and S3= 30 tonsper hectare. Factor 2: J1= 20 cm x 40 cm, J2= 25 cm x 40 cm, and S3= 30 cm x 40 cm. Height of plant, number of leaves, weight of wet stover , weight of dry stover, number of pods, length of pods and weight of pods are observation parameters. Data analysis used (ANOVA) a take in the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test of the 5% levels. According to the study's findings, the parameters of height of plant, number of fruit (pods), and length of fruit (pods) were influenced by treatment for planting space. On average, the plant distance treattment of 30 cm x 40 cm produced the high number of fruit (pods), namely 9.13 pods. The parameter for the number of fruit (pods) is influenced by dose of cow manure used. Cow manure dose to 30 tonnes/ha received the highest number of pods, an average of 9.78 pods. There is interaction among cow manure treatment and planting space (30 tonnes/ha of cow manure by a planting space of 25 cm x 40 cm) giving the high average of 219 cm.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Various Manures and Biosaka Elicitor Doses on the Growth and Yield of Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L)" was conducted from March 2024 to June 2024 in Kadipekso Hamlet, Gumeng Village, Jenawi, Karanganyar, at an altitude of ± 1456 meters above sea level. The study aimed to determine the interaction of the appropriate concentration of Biosaka elicitor application on the growth and yield of cabbage plants. The research method used was a factorial approach with a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD), consisting of two factors and three replications. The research factors were Manure and Biosaka Elicitor. The observed parameters included Plant Height, Leaf Diameter, Leaf Color Chart (LCC), Number of Leaves, Number of Crop Leaves, Plant Diameter, and Cabbage Plant Weight. The results were analyzed using a 5% ANOVA test. The study showed that the application of different Manure Concentrations had a significant effect on Plant Height, Leaf Diameter, Leaf Color Chart (LCC), Number of Leaves, Number of Crop Leaves, Plant Diameter, and Cabbage Plant Weight. The application of Biosaka Elicitor doses had a significant effect on Plant Height, Leaf Diameter, Leaf Color Chart (LCC), Number of Leaves, Number of Crop Leaves, Plant Diameter, and Cabbage Plant Weight. The interaction between Manure and Biosaka Elicitor had a significant effect on Plant Height, Plant Diameter, Leaf Color Chart (LCC), Number of Leaves, Number of Crop Leaves, and Plant Diameter, but no significant effect on Cabbage Plant Weight. The best concentration of Manure and Biosaka Elicitor was found with cow manure and 45ml/l Biosaka Elicitor.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate the effect of planting media and the dose of cow manure on the growth and yield of ginger bucket (Zingiber of icinale var. amarun). The use of research materials includes the rhizome of emprit ginger of the local variety Jumantono, dumplings, cow dung, rice husks, cocopeat, decomposer (M21). The equipment used includes polybags measuring 30 cm x 30 cm, hoes, pencils, books, meters, raffia ropes, nameplates, cutters, cameras, 70% paranets. The research was conducted in February 2024 - July 2024 at the Experimental and Research Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Unisri Mojosongo. This study uses 2 complete factors Random Design (RAL) with 3 replications. The planting medium is soil (M0), soil (M1) + rice husks, (M2) soil + husk charcoal, (M3) soil + cocopeat. The dosage of cow manure is (K0) 0 g/plant, (K1) 150 g/plant, (K2) 200 g/plant, (K3) 250 g/plant. The results of the observation data were analyzed using various annova fingerprints with a 5% level test and some further tests Duncan. Parameters: plant height, number of leaves, leaf color, rhizome weight, rhizome length and number of rhizomes. The only parameters that affect are the height of the plant, the number of leaves, the weight of the rhizome and the length of the rhizome. The planting medium was influenced by the highest husk charcoal yield (M2). The use of cow manure is influential with the highest dose result of 250 g/plant. The interaction of the two with the highest yield (M2K2) of soil and husk charcoal + cow manure dose of 200 g/plant.

Abstract

The source of plant nutrients comes from the application of fertilizer. Inorganic fertilizers if used excessively for a long time will have a negative impact on the soil and plants. Organic fertilizers are needed to maximize the productivity of chili plants and improve soil quality. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of organic phosphate fertilizers and vermicompost on the growth and yield of curly red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.). The research method was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors, obtained 16 treatments with 3 replications. The treatment factors for organic phosphate fertilizers were 0 ml/liter, second 10 ml/liter, third 20 ml/liter, 30 ml/liter and vermicompost 0 tons/ha, 5 tons/ha, 7.5 tons/ha, 10 tons/ha. The results of the research data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Then if there is a significant difference, it is continued using the Honestly Significant Difference Test (HSD) at a level of 5%. From this study, the results obtained were that organic phosphate fertilizer treatment affected leaf color, weight and length of fruit per plant. The vermicompost dose showed an effect on plant height, number of leaves, and fruit weight per plant. The interaction of organic phosphate fertilizer and vermicompost affected the number of fruits and fruit weight per plant. The concentration of POC phosphate of 30 ml/liter and the dose of vermicompost of 10 tons/ha affected the growth and yield of curly red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.).

Abstract

The study of the dosage of guano fertilizer and organic calcium from eggshells on the growth and yield of curly red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.) was carried out from July 2024 to November 2024. This research was conducted in Kebak Kalang hamlet, RT 07/RW 05 Kemiri, Kebakramat District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of + 105 meters above sea level. The objectives of this study were to: 1. Get the right dosage of guano fertilizer for the growth and yield of curly red chili. 2. Get the right concentration of calcium fertilizer for the growth and yield of curly red chili. 3. Get the interaction of guano and calcium fertilizer administration on the growth and yield of curly red chili. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 4x4 factorial pattern (CRD) so that 2 factors 16 treatments with 3 replications were obtained. The first treatment factor is guano fertilizer 0 ml/plant, 5 ml/plant, 10 ml/plant, 15 ml/plant and the second factor is organic calcium fertilizer 0 ml/liter, 10 ml/liter, 20 ml/liter, 30 ml/liter. The results of the research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Then, if there is a significant difference, it is tested at a level of 5% with the Honestly Significant Difference Test (HSD). The results showed that guano fertilizer treatment affected plant height, number of leaves, age of flower emergence, number of fruits per plant, and weight of fruit per plant. Calcium treatment affected leaf color and number of fruits. The interaction of guano fertilizer with calcium affected the number of leaves, number of fruits per plant, weight of fruit per plant, and remaining fruit.

Abstract

Lettuce has a very large market opportunity, the high demand in the market makes lettuce plants have a high economic value. The objectives of this study include, to obtain the appropriate concentration of KNO3 fertilizer for several varieties of lettuce using the Nutrient Film Technique NFT hydroponic system, to obtain suitable varieties for the application of KNO3 fertilizer using the NFT system, to obtain the interaction between varieties and KNO3 fertilizer with the NFT system. This study was conducted from June to August 2024 at the ARD Farm Nogosari garden, Boyolali with an altitude of ± 152 meters above sea level. The tools and materials used, NFT hydroponic installation, seedling trays, rockwool, AB Mix nutrients, stationery. The research design used in the study was a Split Plot design consisting of 2 treatment factors, the main plot of concentration and the seedling plot is a variety. The first factor is the concentration of KNO3, 1 gr/L (AB Mix 800 ppm + 1 gr/L KNO3), KNO3 2 gr/L (AB Mix 800 ppm + 2 gr/L KNO3), KNO3 3 gr/L (AB Mix 800 ppm + 3 gr/L KNO3). The second factor is the type of lettuce variety, Matt green, Romaine, Grand rapids. The combination of treatments consisted of 9 combinations and was repeated 3 times. The results and observation data were analyzed using Analysis Of Variance, if significantly different, continued with the BNJ test at a level of 5%. Potassium nitrate fertilizer did not affect all observation parameters, the appropriate variety for potassium nitrate fertilizer was the matt green variety on leaf width, there was no interaction between potassium nitrate fertilizer and variety.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Synthetic Nutrients and Lettuce Varieties (Lactuca sativa.L) in Hydroponic NFT" conducted was  from June 10 to July 26, 2024. Research this  conducted was in Sidoharjo Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali in Regency. Tools and materials used for the research Hydroponic Installation of 2 dim pipes, 20 cm x 35 cm seedling trays, Total dissolved solids, PH down, 1 liter measuring cup, stationery, Knife/Cutter and digital scales. Matt green, green romaine and olga red lettuce seeds from unknown you seed, MAP, MAG-S, Fleg-G, Calnit fertilizers from PT Synthetic Tetap Jaya, rockwool planting media and raw water. Research aims the obtain  appropriate nutrient for concentration  several varieties in lettuce using the hydroponic NFT system, to obtain suitable varieties for the hydroponic NFT system, and to obtain the interaction between varieties and nutrients with the hydroponic NFT system. The research method used the  design split plot 2 of consisting factor treatment,in main plot the varieties and t sub the plot is  concentration.first factor is the variety of lettuce Maat Green, Green Romaine, Olga Red. Second factor in the concentraci of synthetic nutrients (control), 600 part per million nutrients, 800 ppm nutrients, 1000 ppm nutrients. The combination of treatments consisted of 12 combinations and was repeated 3 times. The observation  were data using analyzed Analysis Variance Of (ANOVA), if significantly different the continued with BNJ test at a level of 5%. Concentration  synthetic of fertilizers not did all affeect  observation parameters, top treatment was the romaine lettuce variety and a nutrient concentration of 1000 ppm on the weight of fresh stumps.
