Abstract

Employee productivity is very important for companies to win the competition in the industry. Compensation and job satisfaction are supporting factors for employee productivity to produce maximum and quality production.  This study intends to decide the impact of compensation and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT. SEIV Indonesia. In this study, secondary data was used and tests were carried out using the SPSS program to determine the most influential variables.  The results of this study demonstrate that: compensation have a positive and critical impact on productivity of employee and jobs satisfaction have a positive and critical impact on productivity of employee.  The advice that can be given is that companies need to maintain compensation through employee welfare programs by providing incentives. companies can improve employee welfare by adding rest room facilities and places of worship that can create job satisfaction and increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Serpong II Kota Tangerang Selatan, puskesmas adalah unit pelaksana teknis dinas kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja yang merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang amat penting di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan beban kerja baik secara partial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya pelaku usaha yang belum menerapkan pemasaran dan penggunaan keuangan digital. Promosi hanya sebatas menggunakan status WhatsAp dengan jangkauan terbatas. Tujuan kegiatan adalah pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran produk UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi interaktif yang melibatkan 100 peserta dari para pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan para pelaku UMKM memahami bagaimana melakukan pemasaran secara digital agar jangkauan lebih luas, transaksi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pemasaran digital disertai dengan penggunaan keuangan digital yang mudah dan cepat. Kegiatan selanjutnya akan dilakukan sosialisasi keuangan digital bekerja sama dengan Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a profound transformation in the retail industry, giving rise to the omni-channel strategy as a holistic ap proach to meet modern consumer expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of online and offline channel integration on Indonesian consumer behavior in the context of digital retail. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and secondary data analysis, this study reveals that today’s In donesian consumers show a high preference for convenience, personalization, and speed of service in the shopping experience. An omni-channel strategy enables companies to provide a consistent, adaptive, and integrated consumer journey across various interaction points, which has a positive impact on customer loyalty and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the implementation of this strategy aligns with sustainability principles, particularly in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 9 (industrial and infrastructure innova tion) and point 12 (responsible consumption and production). These findings confirm that the success of digital retail in Indonesia is highly dependent on the ability of business actors to strategically manage channel integration, under stand evolving consumer behavior, and prioritize sustainability values in their operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh downtime mesin dan mutu bahan baku terhadap kualitas produk pada PT INW Indonesia. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas antara lain downtime mesin (X1), mutu bahan baku (X2) dan variabel terikat kualitas produk (Y). Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan data sekunder dan dilakukan pengujian program SPSS 18 untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh.
 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara downtime terhadap kualitas produk, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara mutu bahan baku terhadap kualitas produk dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara downtime mesin dan mutu bahan baku secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas produk. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah downtime mesin dan mutu bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pihak manajemen PT INW Indonesia adalah untuk selalu melakukan perawatan mesin secara berkala dan melakukan training kepada seluruh karyawan yang terlibat dalam proses produksi agar tercapainya tujuan produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi karyawan dan pengendalian mutu terhadap kualitas produk pada PT. XYZ Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana data yang di teliti merupakan data primer yang di peroleh dengan cara kuesioner terhadap 112 orang sebagai sampel. Adapun Teknik Analisis yang di gunakan meliputi : Uji Deskriptif ,Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Korelasi dan Koefisiensi Determinasi, Uji Regresi baik secara sederhana maupun berganda dan Uji Hipotesis (uji t dan uji F ). Berdasarkan hasil uji F terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi karyawan terhadap kualitas produk. Dan antara pengendalian mutu terhadap kualitas produk. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji F didapat Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yang berarti bahwa secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi karyawan dan pengendalian mutu terhadap kualitas produk

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect that brand image, product quality, price and consumer satisfaction on the purchased decision of wet tissue Passeo at Cikupa district Tangerang. The population in this study is buyers or users of wet tissue Passeo at Cikupa district Tangerang. Respondents who were sampled as many as 100 people and conducted with a purposive sampling technique. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed the brand image, product quality, price and consumer satisfaction have a positive effect on the purchased decision, this means the brand image, product quality, price and consumer satisfaction encourage consumer to make decision of purchased.

Abstract

ABSTRAK The cosmetics business in Indonesia is growing very rapidly in line with the increase in people's living standards and purchasing power. This creates tight competition in the industry. Therefore, in order for a company to survive and win in business competition, the company must be able to maintain and improve the quality of the products it produces. Good product quality is produced by carrying out routine quality control analysis activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the quality control of PT Fambo cosmetic products. This research method uses a descriptive research design, with a qualitative approach. Research analysis was carried out before entering the field, while in the field and after finishing in the field. The results of the research show that the implementation of quality control to improve the quality of PT Fanbo's cosmetic products has been carried out carefully and in detail in accordance with the Company's Operational Standards, the company also implements comprehensive quality control methods so that PT Fanbo has succeeded in creating cosmetic products that meet the highest quality standards, providing benefits for consumers, and remain competitive in a competitive market.

Abstract

In an era marked by accelerating globalization, digital disruption, and market volatility, businesses are compelled to develop adaptive strategic approaches to sustain performance and contribute to broader economic development. This study investigates how adaptive strategies characterized by flexibility, innovation, and responsiveness affect economic growth within dynamic market environments. The research aims to analyze the relationship between strategic adaptability and macroeconomic indicators such as GDP growth, productivity, and business resilience across varying national and industry contexts. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study integrates a systematic literature review with comparative case analyses from both developed and emerging economies, focusing on sectors experiencing rapid transformation. The findings reveal that organizations implementing adaptive strategies such as real-time decision-making, agile resource allocation, and continuous innovation are better positioned to respond to external shocks and, in turn, significantly enhance national economic performance. Moreover, the research highlights that countries with high levels of institutional support for strategic adaptability tend to achieve more sustainable growth trajectories. The study concludes that adaptive business strategies are not only essential for organizational competitiveness but also serve as key drivers of economic resilience in an increasingly uncertain global landscape. These insights offer valuable implications for policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers aiming to foster adaptive capacity as a means of achieving long-term economic stability and growth.
