Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of education in the Islamic boarding school Bait Et-Tauhied. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification (drawing conclusions). The results showed; forms of education management in Pondok Pesantren Bait Et-Tauhied include; Management Planning through the preparation of character education programs through the vision, mission and objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools, Organizing Management through the distribution of job descriptions in each field implemented, Actuating Management by, organizing and directing the person in charge of activities and the implementers of activities to immediately realize the planned program, Management Controling includes controlling and supervising and ensuring activities run well.

Abstract

The success of a process of educational or learning activities in schools is greatly influenced by the state of educational facilities and infrastructure owned by the school and the management of infrastructure facilities carried out. This study aims to examine the importance of facility and infrastructure management in modern Islamic boarding schools. This research was carried out qualitatively using a literature study approach. Data was collected from various books and journals. The various literature collected was carried out by descriptive analysis. This shows the urgency of facility and infrastructure management in the regulation and management of infrastructure in Islamic boarding schools. The management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the process of planning, procurement, operation, inventory, maintenance and removal. To demonstrate the principles of managing educational facilities and infrastructure, there are principles that need to be considered so that these goals can be achieved optimally, namely the principle of achieving goals, the principle of efficiency, the principle of administrative, the principle of clarity of responsibility, and the principle of cohesiveness. Therefore, it is important for pesantren managers to pay more attention to the management and maintenance of facilities so that they can be used optimally and contribute to improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The marketing function in educational institutions is to form a good image of the institution and attract the interest of a number of prospective students. This study aims to determine the importance of marketing educational services in improving the image of schools. The research method used in literature study. The data collection techniques in this study are by interviews, observations and document studies. The results of the study show that in managing educational institutions, it is very necessary to manage the marketing of educational services to sell school products so that they remain in demand by the community, with the hope of obtaining the largest number of students so that the existence of the school is recognized and can develop. It is important for schools to ensure the quality of services before marketing in order to attract the attention of the public as potential customers of education services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the source of knowledge, and the role and diffusion of epistemology in the management review of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in the management of Islamic education, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan terkait aspek epistemologi dalam manajemen Pendidikan islam. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) berupa referensi dari berbagai sumber data pustaka yang siap pakai sehingga bisa langsung digunakan dan tidak dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa aspek epistemologi berkaitan dengan cara pemahaman dan pengetahuan diperoleh dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Ini mencakup metode pengajaran, sumber pengetahuan, dan proses pemahaman konsep keislaman. Peran epistemologi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam memastikan bahwa metode dan pengetahuan yang disampaikan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip keilmuan Islam. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan aspek epistemologi ini dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membentuk individu yang berilmu, berakhlak, dan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat dan umat Islam secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti bagaimana kebijakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMAIT Bait Et-Tauhied. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi kasus sebagai jenis penelitian. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru. Dalam penelitian ini, observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data melibatkan pengurangan, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan menggunakan kebijakan berikut: prosedur pembuatan kebijakan, pertimbangan dalam pembuatan kebijakan, penentuan kebijakan sendiri dan bersama, proses perencanaan pembuatan kebijakan, dan penerapan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah harus melakukan perbaikan dan memberikan penegasan kepada guru karena proses kebijakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru.
