Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop an instrument of religious attitude for Islamicstudents higher education at Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. The population of this research is Islamic students of Tarbiyah Faculty amounted to 150 people. The method research used survey technique. The Parameter of this research used Thurstone scale or called with equal appearing interval. The empirical research results through has confirmed 27 items are consist in three dimension. The result by using factor analysis of confirmatory is indicating that all items indicator have factor loading more than 0.30, and support which has estimated with enough theory. Construct reliabilities by Alpha Cronbach indicate that instruments developed have fulfilled limit acceptance of reliabilities coefficient more than 0.70.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam perspektif ayat-ayat al-quran. Pembahasan sarana dan prasana pendidikan ini penting diuraikan karena manajemen pendidikan merupakan komponen-komponen yang saling terkait diantaranya kurikulum, materi, metode, pendidik, peserta didik, sarana prasarana, dan komponenlainya. Selama ini pemahaman pemahaman sarana dan prasaran sebagai komponen yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pendidikan masih kurang, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis-deskriptif. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan ialah proses pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan semua sarana dan prasarana pendidikan secara efektif. Pentingnya pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendidikan diperkuat dengan pandangan-pandangan yang berlandaskan ayat-ayat al-qur’an. Adapun tujuan dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan ini yaitu lembaga pendidikan mampu memberikan layanan secara profesional sehingga proses pembelajaran bisa berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan meliputi (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan (2) pengorganisaian sarana dan prasarana pendidikan (3) pelaksanaan dan pendayagunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan (4) Inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan (5) Pengawasan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini adalah manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan harus berorientasi kepada prinsip untuk menjadikan kegiatan pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

This study examines and examines the Principal's Strategy in Developing Teacher Professional Competence at Al Irsyad Waringinkurung Middle School and Raudhatul Jannah Junior High School Cilegon. The purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, to find out the obstacles faced in developing professional competence of teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, and to know the principal's strategy in developing Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. In this study, the research method used is qualitative with descriptive qualitative research, research that seeks to describe and interpret existing data, besides that it is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation as it is (1) Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, (2) Obstacles to Principals in Developing Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon , (3) Principal's Strategy in Developing Teacher Professional Competence at Al Irsyad Waringinkurung Middle School and Raudhatul Jannah Junior High School Cilegon. The obstacles faced are related to facilities and infrastructure, limited budget, and from the human resources of the teachers themselves. The Principal's Strategy in Developing Teacher Professional Competence is through discussions, meetings, professional and emotional approaches to provide a forum and involve teachers in activities in the context of developing teacher professional competencies

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how strong the principal's instructional leadership correlation is with teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a meta-analysis approach using JASP 0.18.1.0 software. By using a meta-analysis approach we will find out general conclusions with a wider scope regarding how strong the correlation of the variables we are testing is. The data found were 20 articles through searches on Google Scholar and Mendeley search as well as SinceDirect with the keywords Internal Leadership and teacher performance. 10 articles were selected based on predetermined researcher characteristics and criteria. The data taken from the selected articles is the number of samples (N) and the r value for each article, then the effect size is analyzed. Data objects include; educational institutions, both general and Islamic educational institutions. Data from research on principals' instructional leadership on teacher performance were analyzed in depth to find the correlation between principals' instructional leadership on teacher performance. This research begins by formulating a research topic, exploring relevant research results for analysis. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the principal's instructional leadership is able to improve teacher performance. Based on the results of the analysis of the principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance. The results of the analysis using the random effect model show that there is a significant positive correlation between the principal's instructional leadership correlation with the performance of teacher Z; 3.913, P; <0.001; 95% (0.197; 0.591).

Abstract

The disruption era creates a social arrangement of life that adapts to the conditions and goals set. Indonesia, a Muslim majority, must be adjusted by educational innovations, namely independent learning. Adaptation and adoption are a necessity. Islamic higher education must be reformulated, characterised by a balance of human behaviour and the role of technology in education. The study explores how Islamic higher education can compete in society era 5.0. The results show that Merdeka Belajar innovation is carried out by developing in harmony with Merdeka Belajar curricula and multilevel learning innovations. While strengthening Islamic higher education is based on aqidah sohihah, philosophy, five senses, intuition, character, rationality, and authority as a source of knowledge, all of which must be used as an inspirational approach. The competitive advantage of Islamic higher education needs leadership skills and human resources, teamwork differentiation, cooperation network, service quality differentiation, financial innovation, religious culture, and quality culture. The research implies that the better the independent learning innovation, the more vital Islamic higher education through multifunctional, adaptive, and flexible learning with the highest level of competitive quality creates Islamic education that can be applied in society era 5.0

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions develop along with modernity, quality, and uniqueness so that they can strengthen the Indonesian education system. Education has an important character in the national education system, including a network of integrated Islamic schools that emphasize the doctrine of Islamic personal development. This research aims to determine the function of the doctrine of developing Islamic personal development at SMAIT Al Fidaa Bekasi Regency. The study used a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Based on research findings, the doctrine applied is in line with the Islamic Personal Development Guidelines formulated and established by the Integrated Islamic School Network Team. This guide takes inspiration from the Al-Qur’am and Sunnah. Ritual practices of worship consist of the five daily fardhu prayers, sunnah prayers, dhuha prayers, tahajud prayers, tadarus, sunnah fasting, and sadaqah. Understanding and application of the Al-Quran by improving students' ability to read the Al-Quran (Tahsin Al-Quran). Involvement in community service by actively contributing to society, is the importance of Islamic personal development doctrine. The research implications of the doctrine of effective Islamic personal development will maximize the formation of Islamic character and personality to protect against the influence of negative globalization and the formation of responsible and democratic character. Interviews are needed for further research to obtain more precise data regarding the influence of Islamic personal development doctrine on students.

Abstract

Globalization has changed the world rapidly, including Islamic learning. Therefore, this post identifies and analyzes globalization's positive and negative effects on Islamic learning updates. Literature review procedures are used in this article to collect information from reliable sources, such as academic newspapers, novels, and scientific articles related to the impact of globalization on Islamic learning. From the results of the literature review, there are some positive and negative effects of globalization on Islamic learning updates. The positive effects of globalization on Islamic learning updates include increasing access to data and knowledge through technology, expanding the curriculum to include scientific research and modern technology, and increasing women's participation in Islamic learning. Not only that, but globalization also poses challenges that have forced the Muslim world to reform Islamic education so that it fits the changing times and the needs of society. However, the adverse effects of globalization also appear in Islamic learning updates. One of the significant negative consequences is the possibility of Western cultural influences that can interfere with the Islamic values ​​and traditions of Muslim citizens. Another negative consequence is the formation of neglect of aspects of spirituality in Islamic learning due to the influence of secular and materialistic thinking. This post concludes that globalization has had a significant impact on updating Islamic knowledge. The positive effects of globalization have opened opportunities for updating Islamic learning by incorporating data technology into the curriculum, expanding the field of research, and increasing women's participation in Islamic knowledge. However, the negative consequences of globalization such as the influence of Western culture and the neglect of aspects of spirituality in Islamic learning must be handled carefully and wisely.

Abstract

The influence of the era of globalization on current Islamic education has a strong impact as a driving force in the development of education in the modern era. and provides major changes in all aspects of life which include technology and information, the influence of western culture and changes in the paradigm of education. but not all the impacts of the era of globalization are felt by every Islamic education in Indonesia because the education system in Indonesia is still uneven when viewed from its geological aspects so that it needs further research. So this research aims to find out what are the effects of the Era of globalization on Islamic education, especially in children's education parks. This research uses qualitative case study research conducted at the Ciampea Children's Education Park, Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews with several teachers and students. The findings show that the era of globalization has a positive and negative impact on the development of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the spiritual leadership style implemented in Islamic Boarding Schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and literature study. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and literature documentation on four research topics; 1). The concept of spiritual leadership; 2). Characteristics of spiritual leadership; 3). Spirituality at work; and 4). Indicators and measurement tools of spiritual leadership. This study presents a basic understanding of spiritual leadership, including an in-depth understanding of the traits of spiritual leadership and indicator tools for measuring spiritual leadership. As well as the implementation of the theory already described. The conclusion of the result of this study is that spiritual leadership helps inspire its members to perform and achieve common goals. Spiritual leadership refers to the leadership character of the Prophet SWT. Indicators that can measure spiritual leadership are Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatonah. The implementation is the principal who has high integrity and honesty and has a sense of responsibility for what is entrusted by the Foundation environment and parents.
