Abstract

Communication is a process of conveying messages and information from someone to another someone so that the message in question can be easily understood. This concept has been around since the time of Prophet Adam AS and involves human relationships. According to the Quran, a person is responsible for individuals when it comes to communication. Islam has 6 types of language styles, including Qaulan Sadidan (true and firm words), Qaulan Baligha (words that leave an impression on the soul), Qaulan Ma'rufa (good words), Qaulan Karima (noble words), Qaulan Layina (gentle words), and Qaulan Maysura (proper words). Responsibility is a fundamental trait that humans, especially Muslims, must possess. As Rasulullah SAW said in HR. Bukhari, not being responsible has serious consequences. However, responsibility in Islam also has its advantages and disadvantages, which are influenced by differences in individuals and groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how important good communication etiquette is because we as human beings must have good etiquette when we speak so that people who communicate with us feel comfortable and will not be offended by what we say. This ethical culture must be instilled within us. ourselves in accordance with the teachings of Islam, especially those taught by the Al-Quran. Organizational culture is very important, especially in Islamic educational institutions, where it creates a culture that is flexible and never regressive, which when combined with a religion based on the Koran and Sunnah will make the institution perfect. In addition, religious individuals will separate their culture in the struggle for education itself if they cannot integrate religious teachings into their daily lives. marginalized in competition in the world of education itself, culture and ethics are very important in relation to our daily lives in small and large scopes, communication ethics is very important, namely it will make us more careful and clever in speaking. In Islamic organizations, manners and ethics of communication are highly prioritized, not only in our own country, but also in our own country. Even abroad, we are the same, so wherever we are, we should speak kind words.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan seperangkat atau suatu sistem rencana dan pengaturan mengenai bahan pembelajaran yang dapat dipedomani dalam aktivitas belajar mengajar. Intinya kurikulum adalah rencana pembelajaran. Perencanaan kurikulum adalah keputusan yang dibuat tentang tujuan belajar beserta strategi dan metode yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pendidikan SMA Al-Irsyad Satya Kabupaten Bandung barat sebagai salah satu upaya proses pengembangan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berfokus pada analisis proses pelaksanaan kurikulum di SMA Al-Irsyad Satya. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pendidikan SMA Al-Irsyad Satya telah melaksanakan manajemen perencanan kurikulum dengan baik dengan membuat kurikulum Islamic Leadership Program (ILP). Kurikulum dibuat dengan mengikuti alur proses perencanaan kurikulum baru sehingga program ini menjadi program integratif holistik yang sangat sesuai dengan arah pendidikan abad ke-21.
