Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the imperative nature of employing restorative justice as a viable solution for addressing medical offenses. Within the framework of the Indonesian legal system, medical crimes are classified as criminal offenses that are committed within the scope of the medical profession. Specific laws and regulations prosecute these offenses. This document is the outcome of a normative legal investigation. The study's findings indicate that the law enforcement issue for medical crimes stems from the ambiguous legal provisions outlined in Law 36/2009 about health. Consequently, the enforcement of medical crimes is subject to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. Consequently, it can be argued that the distinction between medical crimes and ordinary crimes in the Indonesian context remains unchanged. Moreover, it is crucial to contemplate the implementation of restorative justice as an alternative approach to addressing medical crimes, taking into account the suffering and material damages endured by victims due to the actions of others.

Abstract

The influx of Rohingya ethnic refugees into Indonesia sparked controversy and rejection due to their lack of formal documentation. The influx of these migrants was intensified by the global situation, characterised by a COVID-19 epidemic classified by the World Health Organisation as a pandemic, leading several governments, including the Indonesian government, to restrict admission for foreign nationals. Despite Indonesia's non-ratification of the 1951 convention and the 1967 Refugee Status Protocol, the country still assists refugees once they have entered Indonesian territory. This is closely tied to the country's commitment to upholding the principle of protecting and guaranteeing human rights, as stated in the initial paragraph of the 1945 Constitution. This legal document aims to examine the extent to which the government and other players have fulfilled human rights in their attempts to address the Rohingya ethnic refugee crisis amidst the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia. The author of this legal document employs a normative juridical approach method to align relevant legal rules with ethical practises in the sector. The findings of this study demonstrate that the local government in Lhokseumawe Aceh took various measures to address the Rohingya ethnic refugees during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures included the implementation of policies such as establishing a task force and a working group dedicated to refugee management. Additionally, there was a collaborative effort involving the local government, humanitarian organisations, and the local community to ensure that the human rights of the refugees, as individuals entitled to freedom, were upheld.

Abstract

The integrity of judges is at the core of a fair and effective justice system, but is faced with complex challenges in this modern era. Two crucial aspects that need to be considered are the influence of information technology and the threat of corruption and political interference on the independence of judges. The information technology revolution makes it easier to access information but also brings new risks related to data security, privacy and information manipulation. Meanwhile, the threat of corruption and political interference can damage the integrity and independence of judges in making legal decisions. This paper highlights the importance of maintaining the integrity of judges as the main foundation in a fair and effective justice system. Through an in-depth understanding of the dynamics that influence public trust in the justice system, it is hoped that effective strategies can be developed to overcome these threats, strengthen judicial institutions, and maintain the integrity of the professional dignity of judges in the ever-developing modern era.

Abstract

Tercapainya proses belajar mengajar di perguruan tinggi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor mengajar, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh keaktifan para mahasiswa. Dimana pembelajaran dapat diperoleh melalui artikel, makalah, TV, web, radio dan lainnya. Perkembangan teknologi merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami materi dengan baik dan menjadi kolaborasi aktif selama proses belajar. Notion merupakan salah satu platform yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna mengatur dan mengelola informasi, tugas, proyek dan catatan secara efesien. Platform Notion juga membantu dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dalam konteks perkuliahan dengan menyediakan fitur -fitur seperti dalam pengaturan jadwal, pengaturan tugas, catatan kuliah perencaan studi pelacakan kemajuan belajar dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain penelitian dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk dari hasil inovasi yang berbentuk website dengan menggunakan platform Notion dalam pembelajaran proyek dapat memebantu dan menunjang proses pembelajaran di kelas dan terbukti dengan adanya validasi ahli dengan hasil persentase 92% dari ahli media dan ahli materi dengan persenatse 89%. Serta, pengguna yang menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas kontrol memiliki nilai rata – rata 82,1% yang dikategorikan sangat aktif, sementara pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata – rata 78,6% yang terkategori aktif

Abstract

A factor that can support the accomplishment of the Indonesian state's objectives is the economic application of Pancasila. From Mohammad Hatta's worldview, the Pancasila economy is a force that can support the accomplishment of national objectives. To attain national objectives, create a modern, wealthy, and prosperous Indonesia. Normative legal research is what this study is. According to the research, cooperatives have Pancasila economic values and are vital to the country's economy. A more appropriate reflection of the family-based and Pancasila-based economic system model of economic law development can be seen in creating cooperatives to address issues that provide difficulty for foreign investment. In order to fulfill the dream of Indonesia's golden years, it can significantly influence the country's economic growth in 2045.

Abstract

Proses perkecambahan gabah merupakan salah satu metode bioteknlogi sederhana yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan nilai gizi bahan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh proses perkecambahan gabah terhadap kandungan karbohidrat, lemak, protein dan kadar air pada produk bihun yang dihasilkan. Metode eksperimen dengan membandingkan dua kelompok sampel yaitu bohun dari gabah biasa dan bihun dari gabah yang telah mengalami proses perkecambahan dengan proses perendaman selama 24 jam dan penghentian pemeraman sampai gabah berkecambah tumbuh dari 0.1-0.2 cm. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produk bihun hasil perkecambahan mengalami peningkatan kandungan karbohidrat, lemak dan protein secara signifikan, masing-masing sebesar 34,36%, 6,18% dan 8,4%. Sebaliknya, kadar air mengalami penurunan sebesar 5,78%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses perkecambahan dapat digunakan sebagai teknik optimalisasi gizi dalam pengembangan produk pangan berbasis beras
