Abstract

One of the highest processing industries in Tabanan Regency is the red brick industry. Of all sectors that contribute to per capita income, the processing industry has experienced an increase. The aim to analyze the indirect influence of labor and capital on the income of brick industry entrepreneurs through brick production in Tabanan Regency. This research uses a quantitative and associative approach. The population used by researchers in this research was 442 brick industry entrepreneurs in Tabanan Regency with a total sample of 82 respondents. The approach in this research is quantitative statistics and analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that Labor and Capital directly have a positive and significant influence on Brick Production in Tabanan Regency, Labor, Capital and Production directly have a positive and significant influence on the Income of Brick Industry Entrepreneurs in Tabanan Regency and Labor and Capital directly. does not directly affect the income of brick industry entrepreneurs through brick production in Tabanan Regency. Abstract

International trade has long been carried out by exporting or importing from two or more countries. Indonesia is a country that is rich in nature in all sectors, one of which is the fisheries sector. Indonesia is a large country with a wider water area, so it is said to be a maritime country. Indonesian shrimp are usually exported to several destination countries, one of which is Japan. Shrimp exports to Japan have fluctuated with a negative trend. Therefore, in this study variables are used that influence the volume of shrimp exports to Japan, namely, GDP per capita, domestic shrimp prices, competitors' shrimp prices, and the exchange rate against. This research uses secondary data with an annual period from 1993 to 2022. The results of this research show that“GDP per capita, domestic shrimp prices, competitors' shrimp prices, and exchange rates simultaneously influence the volume of shrimp exports to Japan. Partially, GDP per capita has a negative and significant effect on shrimp exports, domestic shrimp prices have a negative and significant effect on shrimp exports, competitors' shrimp prices have a positive and significant effect on shrimp exports, and the exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on shrimp exports.”

Abstract

The massive growth of the industrial sector has driven increasing demand for energy sources, one of which is coal. Focused public company in Indonesia in coal mining, namely PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (IDX: ITMG). The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between world oil prices, Newcastle coal price, interest rates, exchange rates and inflation on ITMG share prices. Studies at the ITMG company which operates in coal mining for a period the 2016-2022 used monthly data to obtain a total of 84 observation. The results show that the world oil price variable has an influence significant impact on share prices. Newcastle coal price has no significant effect, Suku interest does not have a significant influence, the exchange rate and inflation have a significant influence on ITMG share prices. This research obtained R2 test results amounted to 77.9%, which indicates that the independent variable used in the model has an influential contribution of 77.9 percent to ITMG's share price while 22.1 percent were influenced or clarified by other factors outside the research model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh variabel modal, luas lahan, tenaga kerja, serta teknologi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap pendapatan usahatani buah naga di Kecamatan Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Data yang dirujuk yaitu data primer dengan jenis kuantitatif Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 10% dari total pemilik usahatani buah naga sejumlah 328 orang, sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 32 orang. Obeservasi menjadi metode yang diterapkan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis dijalankan dengan teknik statistik deksriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Temuan yang didapat mengungkapkan bila modal, tenaga kerja, luas lahan, serta teknologi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani buah naga di Kecamatan Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Dompet digital menjadi salah satu daya tarik yang kuat di tengah transformasitransformasi sistem keuangan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah serta pelaku usaha. Dompet digital menawarkan kesempatan baru kepada pelaku usaha dalam mencatat penjualannya serta memudahkan masyarakat untuk bertransaksi dengan beberapa klik saja, namun banyaknya kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan hanya mendukung pertumbuhan pengguna baru saja, tanpa meningkatkan nominal transaksi secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari variabel pendapatan, pengaruh sosial, dan kemudahan terhadap minat penggunaan, serta faktor yang paling memengaruhi minat tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 96 responden di Kota Denpasar yang telah menggunakan dompet digital sebagai media pembayaran dengan menyebarkan kuesioner Google Form secara online dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah pendapatan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat pengunaan, pengaruh sosial seseorang berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap pengunaan, dan kemudahan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan. Pendapatan, pengaruh sosial, dan kemudahan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat pengunaan. Pengaruh sosial memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam minat seseorang dalam menggunakan dompet digital di Kota Denpasar.
