Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the MBKM program which provides opportunities for students to teach in schools and help improve students' literacy and numeracy. One of the implementations of this program is by using learning media in the form of snakes and ladders game. This game was conducted at SMPN 3 Terara to help improve students' understanding in literacy and numeracy. The game also trains learners' skills in cooperation, critical thinking, and refreshing their memory on previous materials. The Teaching Campus Program is a program that can improve the quality of education in Indonesia through learning media with snakes and ladders games. This program helps students solve problems in schools and is expected to continue helping schools in need. Many studies have been conducted to show the benefits of this program in improving students' literacy, numeracy, and technological adaptation. The purpose of implementing the Teaching Campus program is to empower students who collaborate with schools, through this teaching campus program, students have activities that are their responsibility in assisting learning activities, assisting technology adaptation, and assisting administration at the school where they are assigned during the teaching campus program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model problem based learning berbantuan PhET simulation terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserat didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakana addalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain penelitian pretest postest control grup design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Masbagik. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebanyak 31 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan media PhET simulation dan kelas kontrol diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model konvensional. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 butir soal. Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji-t cuplikan kembar dengan taraf signifikan 5% yang mengahasilkan nilai thitung hasil belajar fisika peserta didik sebesar 3.49 lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel yaitu 2.00 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning berbantuan media PhET simulation terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik dan hasil ini diperkuan oleh N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada nilai N-Gain kelas kontrol.
