Abstract

Saluran pernapasan merupakan salah satu sistem organ yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Penyakit pada saluran pernapasan merupakan penyakit yang sampai saat ini tingkat kejadiannya masih cukup luas sehingga menjadi sebuah masalah bagi kesehatan masyarakat, karna penyakit ini bisa menyerang siapa saja tanpa mengenal usia dan suku bangsa. Terdapat 10 jenis penyakit, yaitu Asma, ISPA, TBC Paru-Paru, Influenza, Pneumonia, Bronkitis, Sinusitis, Tonsilitis, Kanker Paru-Paru dan PPOK. Jika saluran pernapasan mengalami gangguan dan apalagi sampai menyebabkan manusia itu tidak dapat bernapas dalam beberapa menit, maka dapat menyebabkan kemungkinan yang namanya kematian. Ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit pada saluran pernapasan dan cara mencegahnya menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya penyakit pada saluran pernapasan manusia. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan aplikasi sistem pakar yang mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap penyakit ini. Dari 10 penyakit, diperoleh hasil tertinggi yaitu Influenza dengan nilai 0,144. Penelitian ini diterapkan menggunakan metode pengembahan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) “Bayes Berbasis Web”Kata Kunci : Saluran pernapasan, Sistem pakar, Bayes, SDLC Waterfall.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based Mosque Management Information System (SIMM) to manage the administrative and operational activities of mosques. The method used in this research is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The SDLC phases include Project Planning Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase, Implementation Phase, and Support Phase. This research was conducted at Al Hikmah Mosque, located in Grand Samara Residence, Dusun Kopo, Klari Village, Karawang District. Data and information were collected through surveys and interviews with mosque administrators. The results show that the developed web-based SIMM can improve efficiency in data management, enhance coordination among stakeholders, and increase transparency in financial management. The system was well received by mosque administrators and is expected to improve the overall quality of mosque management. Additionally, this SIMM is expected to provide better services to the congregation and increase the accountability of mosque administrators.

Abstract

The village of Segarjaya has conducted an eligibility survey to obtain low-quality rice, but the information collected is still inaccurate, and the assessment of the eligibility for low-quality rice is not standardized. Due to the lack of standardization and inaccuracies regarding the recipients of poor rice assistance, the community often protests. The aim of this research is to develop a DSS system capable of providing accurate data results to the assistance recipients and implementing standard evaluation criteria for the recipients of poor rice. The TOPSIS method was chosen to create the DSS system. The research procedure starts with data collection, followed by the decision matrix, determining whether the solution is positive or negative ideal, the optimal distance between solutions, and the preference values for each option. The result of this research is a DSS algorithm that can be applied to PBM, which can support the Segarjaya village authorities to be more accurate in making decisions for the recipients of poor rice subsidies.
