Abstract

In This pesantren education institution, it is very important to have a organizational culture because with the organizational culture a pesantren institution is able to deal with changing times and with this organizational culture it can be seen the value of excellence from the pesantren institution. Internalization of the value of kemuhammadiyahan has a very close relationship with values, therefore a large organization has a structured and planned role. Muhammadiyah values that can be internalized include piety, amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, tajdid, tasamuh, taawun. The purpose of this article is to improve the organizational culture of pesantren so that they are able to compete with other pesantren educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research is library (library research). The collection technique uses library techniques. This library method uses in the prepation of scientific works through data analysis from various journals, or books. The source of this data comes from various journal article related to the organizational culture of the Islamic boarding school. The data analysis is content analysis.

Abstract

Penggunaan obat yang benar merupakan hal yang perlu diamati pada sistem pelayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Salah satu indikator utama untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan obat menurut pedoman WHO yaitu indikator peresepan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pola peresepan obat berdasarkan pedoman WHO di Puskesmas Kecamatan Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi observasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif. Pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria inklusi resep pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Karanganyar periode Maret, Agustus, dan November 2021 yang tidak rusak/sobek, terdapat nama pasien, tanggal resep, usia pasien, dan nama obat pada lembar resep. Data resep dibandingkan dengan standar peresepan dari WHO dan dihitung dengan rumus sesuai pedoman WHO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peresepan obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Karanganyar belum sesuai standar WHO jika dilihat dari parameter rata-rata jumlah obat tiap resep (2,5) dan presentase obat yang diresepkan dengan Daftar Obat Esensial Nasional (DOEN) atau Formularium (88,20%) dan sudah memenuhi standar peresepan obat pada parameter presentase obat generik (87,05%), presentase peresepan antibiotik (9,79%) dan presentase obat injeksi (0%).
