Abstract

Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelompok Kerajinan Tas Tobek Kamor di Kampung Kamorfuar Distrik Samofa. Selain itu, kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang prosedur pembuatan izin berusaha di wilayah tersebut. bahwa UMKM di Kampung Kamorfuar menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pemasaran produk mereka, termasuk keterbatasan akses pasar, promosi yang kurang efektif, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknik pemasaran yang baik. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan platform media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara online, dengan mengunggah gambar produk, testimoni pelanggan, dan informasi kontak dan membangun kemitraan dengan pengecer lokal untuk meningkatkan distribusi produk mereka di pasar lokal. Kemudian diharapkan kedepan memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota kelompok tentang strategi pemasaran yang efektif, penggunaan media sosial, dan teknik penjualan dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dan memahami prosedur perizinan usaha, diharapkan UMKM di Kampung Kamorfuar kedepannya agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

UKM Aulia Home Industry merupakan kelompok usaha ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk seperti produk berbasis ikan, produk berbasis umbi-umbian, dan produk berbasis sagu. Karena dengan menjaga kualitas produk tersebut maka pelanggan tidak akan beralih ke toko lain dan tetap menggunakan produk dari Aulia Home Industry. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. populasi berjumlah 154 pelanggan dan sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 250 pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan hipotesis secara persial bahwa nilai thitung(3,365), ttabel(0,971) dan nilai signifikan 0,001 0,05 sedangkan nilai thitung (3,612) ttabel(0,971) dan nilai signifikan 0,001 0,05. Nilai Fhitung(24,555) Ftabel sebesar(2,10) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,05. Harga dan kualitas produk secara persial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk oleh-oleh khas biak Aulia Home Industry. Besarnya koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square 1,000. Hal ini berarti 10% bahwa keputusan pembelian yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas harga dan kualitas produk sedangkan sisanya 10% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis membuat penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh bukti atas pengaruh kemudahan transaksi (ease of use) terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan internet banking KlikBCA. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap bank khususnya bank BCA agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih cepat dan mudah bagi para nasabahnya. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah para nasabah PT Bank Central Asia Tbk yang pernah dan ingin menggunakan kembali internet banking. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang berupa kuesioner yang disebar ke nasabah 96 responden dan pengumpulan data di lakukan menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dengan metode non probability sampling : purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan transaksi (ease of use) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat ulang nasabah dalam menggunakan internet banking.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become a primary focus in higher education, especially in the field of Business Administration, to support students in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and potential to become entrepreneurs. This dedication discusses the importance of entrepreneurship workshops and training for Business Administration students in preparing themselves to face the dynamic challenges of the business world. A qualitative method with a literature study approach is employed to investigate various relevant literature sources on this topic, including theories and practices of entrepreneurship in the context of higher education. Findings indicate that entrepreneurship workshops and training are effective in enhancing students' entrepreneurial competencies, such as creative thinking skills, decision-making, and risk management. Moreover, these training programs also contribute to increasing students' motivation and interest in starting their own businesses in the future. The results of this dedication can serve as a reference for educational institutions to develop more effective entrepreneurship workshop and training programs to support students' development into entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using Shopee e-commerce on consumer behavior in Penagan Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency. The development of digital technology and increasingly widespread internet access has encouraged rural communities to utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee in meeting their daily needs. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that the use of Shopee has changed consumer behavior in terms of shopping habits, product preferences, and purchasing decision-making patterns. Consumers tend to prioritize convenience, competitive prices, and the variety of products offered through the platform. This study concludes that Shopee has a significant impact on consumer behavior in Penagan Village, with positive implications in increasing product accessibility, but also raises new challenges that need to be overcome. The findings are expected to be taken into consideration by businesses and the government in optimizing the benefits of e-commerce for rural communities.

Abstract

Operations management is very important for the production process, the performance it produces is very important for the sustainability of the company. Further research is needed because of the many production problems faced by batik craftsmen in Semarang City. This study aims to study how the application of Total Quality Management, entrepreneurial orientation, and Lean Manufacturing impacts on operating performance. This study used questionnaires as a data collection method. Simple random sampling was used to select the sample, and 59 people were selected. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable of the study. The results showed that total quality management improved operating performance (H1 received). The second hypothesis says Lean Manufacturing improves operations performance is accepted, and the third hypothesis says entrepreneurial orientation improves operations performance is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the three independent variables affect operating performance by 53%. It is recommended to Semarang batik craftsmen in Semarang City to provide training to their employees, improve their production methods, and reduce their dependence on intermediaries in sales.
