Abstract

Mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dipilih sebagai variabel dalam penelitian ini karena penelitian tentang kepuasan pelanggan sangat penting untuk diteliti karena kepuasan pelanggan merupakan isu yang paling kerap dibincangkan dalam semua pasien Rumah Sakit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif.  Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, yaitu dalam pengukuran dan pengamatan dilakukan pada saat bersamaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung rumah sakit GMIM Bethesda Tomohon pada bulan Maret Tahun 2024 rata-rata kunjungan rawat inap berjumlah 150 orang.  Sampel berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Dengan Analisis univariat dan bivariat hasil Penelitian ada hubungan pengaruh dimensi Informasi untuk Pasien (Information to Patient), Proses Penerimaan (Admission Process), Lingkungan Fisik (Physical Environment), Konsultasi Dokter (Physician Consultation) dengan kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit GMIM Bethesda Tomohon dan Tidak ada hubungan  dimensi Waktu tunggu terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. Diharapkan bagi akademik dapat menjadi bahan informasi dan literatur tentang Hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien gawat darurat dirumah sakit umum GMIM Bethesda Tomohon.

Abstract

Motivation is all things verbal, physical, or psychological that make someone do something in response. The provision of maximum health services in hospitals can be achieved if the work motivation of nurses is high. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between discipline, effective communication and assertiveness training with the work motivation of implementing nurses in the inpatient ward of A. Makksau Parepare Hospital in 2022. The type of research used is a descriptive approach method using a Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were nurses in the inpatient room of A. Makkasau Parepare Hospital who had been registered as civil servants as many as 115 people. The sample in this study was 53 respondents with a sampling technique of purposive random sampling . Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between discipline (p=0.013) and the work motivation of implementing nurses, there was a relationship between effective communication (p=0.020) and the work motivation of implementing nurses, there was a relationship between assertive training (p=0.014) and the work motivation of implementing nurses. The conclusion and suggestion in this study is that there is a relationship between discipline, effective communication, assertive training with the work motivation of implementing nurses, and it is suggested for the head of the room to further improve the work motivation of implementing nurses and for further researchers to be able to conduct further research on the relationship between discipline, effective communication, assertive training with the work motivation of implementing nurses.

Abstract

Hospital services (RS), are an important public service and are needed in an effort to fulfill health demands. Services for the poor are one aspect implemented by health service providers such as Hospitals through after-sales services by utilizing BPJS funds as operational service activities. The type of research used is a survey system with a descriptive design. The population of the study was all BPJS participant patients who utilized inpatient services during the study, totaling 101 people who were also research samples based on the exhaustive sampling method where the entire population was sampled. The results of the study showed that BPJS participants who utilized health services at Lasinrang General Hospital, Pinrang Regency were mostly in the 20-29 year age group (32.7%), more were women (63.4%) with junior high school education (46.5%) and more worked as farmers (24.8%), more BPJS participant patient admission procedures stated that they were in the good category (69.3%), more doctor services stated that they were in the good category (67.3%), more nurse services stated that they were in the good category (65.3%) and more drug services for BPJS participant patients stated that they were in the good category (72.3%). The suggestion put forward in this study is the need to conduct training on excellent service in order to improve skills in providing services, especially to BPJS participants and treatment planning using the drug procurement method through distributors so that if the drug runs out, the distributor can be contacted and this will support the efficiency and effectiveness of drug procurement that meets the needs of patients, especially BPJS participants who utilize health services at the hospital.
