Abstract

This article was created based on the problems that have occurred in education in Indonesia recently, such as "Is there an event to improve the quality of education in Indonesia?". . The article is obtained from several references such as journals and books that discuss strategies in education. Seeing the problems of education in Indonesia, of course we realize that the role of educators is very important and needed in the learning process. In addition, teachers also need to provide guidance to students who do not understand their learning, or can provide additional classes to students. On the other hand, schools must also have good management and policies for schools, because after all, schools are a place for them to develop, for example, such as providing complete facilities and comfortable classroom conditions when the learning process takes place. The role of parents also needs to be asked in this issue, do these parents care about the importance of education or not? Then parents need to pay attention to the child, whether the child gets a quality education or not.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang politik dan kekuasaan yang diterapkan dalam Madrasah Ibidaiyah, yang mana siswa dapat berperan serta dalam kepolitikan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Kebijakan politik dalam pendidikan menjadi suatu kewajiban untuk belajar yang dapat dikembangkan untuk kemajuan warga sekolah, yang mana secara langsung atau tidak langsung politik di pengaruhi oleh pendidikan, sehingga pendidikan dapat membentuk individu untuk berpartisipasi. Politik dan kekuasaan menjadi urgensi dalam dunia pendidikan untuk memberikan jiwa yang demokratis dalam pendidikan. Dalam pendidikan, siswa pasti nya diberikan kesempatan untuk menjadi pemimpin terutama pemimpin untuk dirinya sendiri sehingga mereka bias memiliki kekuasaan. Contoh berpolitik dalam lembaga pendidikan yaitu seperti pemilihan ketua OSIS atau pemilihan ketua kelas, yang mana siswa dapat memilih kandidat sesuai keinginan mereka tanpa ada paksaan dari pihak lain. Kepala sekolah tentu nya yang memiliki kekuatan tertinggi dalam lembaga pendidikan untuk memutuskan berbagai kebijakan atau pedoman sebagai keputusan politik.

Abstract

One type of experience-based learning called an internship aims to improve students' abilities through direct involvement in the world of work. This article will explain how internships are carried out by students of the Education Management Study Program at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia and analyze how internships contribute to improving student abilities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach that uses data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of the activities show that students are actively involved in administrative tasks such as data management, documentation, and work coordination. This indicates that students can apply their theories to the real world. Internships improve students' soft skills, such as responsibility, discipline, communication, and teamwork, in addition to improving their technical skills. Although there are several operational obstacles related to infrastructure, filing systems, and work coordination, adjustments have been made to reduce these problems.
