Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the production performance of giant prawns (Macrobrachium resenbergii) in a recirculation system. There were 105 giant fresh water obtained from wild caught giant prawn collectors with a weight of 2.88 ± 0.63 grams. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments tested were rearing with different stocking densities in a recirculation system: control = rearing without a recirculation system, P1: 5 shrimp per container, P2= 10 shrimp per container, P3= 15 shrimp per container. The parameters observed were Absolute Weight Growth, Absolute Length Growth, Daily Growth Rate, Survival Rate and Water Quality. The data obtained was processed using the MS program. Office Excel 2010 and the ANOVA test was analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 program with a confidence interval of 95%. The results of the research showed that the production of giant prawns using a recirculation system produced the best absolute weight growth values, absolute length growth values, daily growth rates and the highest survival rates when compared with other treatments. The recirculation system is able to maintain optimal water quality values for the growth of cultivated biota.

Abstract

Abstract Seed testing laboratories require temperature and humidity information to maintain the quality of seed testing processes. Currently, laboratory staff record environmental parameters twice daily at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM using calibrated measuring instruments. However, this method does not cover data outside working hours or during holidays, thus failing to meet the continuous recording requirements mandated by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN). This study aims to develop an IoT-based air quality monitoring system capable of recording temperature and humidity continuously without time constraints while ensuring data accuracy through a calibration mechanism using the linear regression inversion method. The system displays real-time data on an OLED screen, stores data on a microSD card, and uploads it to an online spreadsheet for further monitoring and analysis. The test results show that the system achieves a measurement accuracy of 98% for temperature and 97% for humidity after applying the linear regression inversion method by using 15 data. Thus, the system can replace the limited manual recording method and meet the continuous recording requirements set by the KAN.

Abstract

This article examines the correlation of the Medina Charter in creating a pluralistic society. This research seeks to explore the values contained in the Medina Charter, such as tolerance, justice and unity, and relate them to the context of today's multicultural society. The focus of this research is to examine the Medina Charter and its relevance in creating a pluralistic society. This research uses Qualitative research method, the research data is obtained through secondary sources, such as articles and books. The study found that the values embedded in the Medina Charter can guide contemporary society in managing diversity and preventing conflict. The principles contained in the Medina Charter are considered still relevant for today's multicultural society, as they inspired the establishment of a modern constitutional framework that supports the protection of human rights and religious freedom.

Abstract

This review focuses on the revolutionary capacity of CAR-T therapy in the context of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It is an area beset with challenges despite its progress in the treatment of hematologic malignancies. Specifically, it narrows down to identifying ideal target antigens such as CD33, CD123, and FLT3 which are pertinent to the challenge of antigen heterogeneity in AML as well as minimizing on-target off-tumor toxicity. These problems are attempted to be eliminated through innovative concepts like the use of dual-targeting CARs, armoured CAR-T cells, and CRISPR-mediated genetic editing techniques, each having a superior safety and efficacy profile.Dual-target CARs have the advantages of improved selectivity; armoured CAR-T cells can survive in the AML immunosuppressive microenvironment, and CRISPR-mediated CAR-T cells ensure precision with minimal side effects. The clinical outcomes in the last few years and a string of recent preclinical studies show promising, albeit challenging, therapeutic results. In any case, such observations mark significant progress toward ensuring long-term remission while tolerable toxicity levels. This chapter draws upon recent clinical trials and research findings in order to put into sharp relief CAR-T therapy's emergent role as a new, life-saving approach for the treatment of AML. Its understanding of technological advancement in CAR-T therapy places this chapter as an invaluable reference source for researchers and clinicians interested in optimizing CAR-T therapy in the treatment of AML
