Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana tingkat suku bunga tabungan, jumlah nasabah, dan inflasi berdampak pada jumlah simpanan masyarakat pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Kabupaten Badung dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data; program SPSS digunakan untuk melakukannya. Tingkat suku bunga dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan, tetapi penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pelanggan adalah faktor utama dalam pengambilan dana pihak ketiga pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung. Disarankan bagi pengelola BPR untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guna menarik lebih banyak nasabah dan bagi pemerintah untuk menjaga stabilitas makroekonomi guna mendukung pertumbuhan simpanan masyarakat.

Abstract

In the dynamic era of retail business competition, human resource (HR) management through career development has become a primary catalyst in improving organizational performance. However, local business entities often face obstacles in mapping structured career paths. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of career development strategies and explore employee perspectives on their impact on performance at CV. Wikowi Nged Singkep, Denpasar. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies of five key informants selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed a disparity in perception between management and operational staff. On the one hand, periodic performance evaluations, mentoring, and managerial flexibility especially in accommodating local socio-cultural activities proved effective in maintaining work motivation and loyalty. On the other hand, the absence of clear vertical career mobility routes triggered a sense of stagnation (career plateau) among lower-level operational staff. In conclusion, organically driven career development strategies have maintained productivity rhythms but require systematization. Management is advised to design a career matrix based on job rotation or job enlargement to ensure the sustainability of competitive HR performance.

Abstract

This research sought to examine the evolution of financial behavior in the digital age, focusing on the impact of digital banking and financial literacy on the saving choices of working-age populations. The study challenge centered on the decreased propensity to save despite the rapid advancement of digital financial services. The research used a conceptual framework bolstered by an examination of pertinent empirical evidence to elucidate the correlation between factors. The findings demonstrated that digital banking facilitated accessibility, transaction efficiency, and service adaptability, which motivated consumers to improve their saving choices. Financial literacy significantly influenced the acquisition of information, awareness, and the capacity to handle personal funds judiciously and methodically. The integration of digital banking and financial literacy significantly enhanced saving choices among persons of productive age. The use of digital financial technology, along with sufficient financial awareness, facilitated more efficient and sustainable financial practices. This research provided actionable insights for financial institutions and policymakers in developing measures to improve saving behavior within the community.
