Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internal factors on the income of traders in Kediri Market, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The internal factors to be examined are capital and length of business. The research was conducted at the Kediri Market, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, where the object of research was traders at the Kediri Market. The number of samples is 65 respondents. The method used in this research is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study are: 1) Classical Assumption Test which includes: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test, 2) Hypothesis Test with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques.Based on the results of the analysis it is known that with a confidence level of 60.3 percent, all independent variables have an effect either simultaneously or partially on the dependent variable. This means that internal factors consisting of capital and length of business affect the income of traders in the Kediri Market both simultaneously and partially. When viewed from the coefficient of determination, only 60.3 percent of the variation in capital, length of business can explain the variation in the income of traders at the Kediri Market, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. This is because there are many other factors that affect the income of both internal and external traders that are not discussed in this study.

This study uses a qualitative analysis technique with a descriptive explanation level, namely an analysis technique that describes qualitative data in the form of the development of BUMDESA, the manifestation of the role of BUMDESA in the development of the creative economy and gender equality as well as the factors that encourage and inhibit BUMDes. The population of this study were all BUMDESAs in coastal village tourism objects in Badung Regency, using the convenience sampling method, so the samples were 4 BUMDESAs that had developed and 6 creative economies in coastal village tourism objects in Badung Regency. Data for 2022, in Badung Regency the formation and types of BUMDes businesses vary because Badung Regency is very synonymous with tourism objects and the creative economy in it, including; savings and loans, waste management, cooperatives, drinking water management, organic fertilizer management, and in tourist areas there are rental boats, bicycles and others for tourists. Here the community provides boats, bicycles for rent and is managed by BUMDESA, so the community can be involved in it. The role of BUMDESA in the creative economy sector is manifested in the form of providing capital loan assistance with conditions and low interest rates for Balinese culinary culinary businesses and fruit culinary businesses, so that these culinary businesses can increase business volume and absorb more labor, especially housewives. . Likewise, the creative economy of surfing board crafts can increase business volume more broadly. For gender equality, namely BUMDESA has the role of absorbing labor in the village, especially women so that it provides the same proportion as the role of men in the village. Many women work in BUMDes units and even as BUMDESA administrators so they can improve gender equality

The task of the village government is to motivate, educate and prepare the community to develop their own lives. In this situation, the village government provides assistance in the form of education and training, as well as other forms of fulfillment that can help establish BUM DESA. 2) The manifestation of the community's role in developing BUM DESA, namely community involvement, has also been seen in the form of socialization, both directly and indirectly, but not yet comprehensively, only some communities, and many communities have also been involved. involved in programs that have been implemented by BUM DESAa. Community participation can be seen from the decision-making stage, implementation stage, and utilization of results until evaluation is already in place, although not yet optimal, such as at the planning and evaluation stages where community participation is still only indirect. participation or through representatives. 3) This research found a lot of social entrepreneurship as shown by the collaboration index and creativity of BUM DESA administrators in developing BUM DESA. This research provides the following recommendations: 1) The government in collaboration with institutions should provide BUM DESA management training so that BUM DESA businesses can develop and be better able to improve the welfare of village communities. 2) BUM DESA administrators and village governments must strengthen their ability to identify potential in villages in order to further diversify businesses. 3) The government in collaboration with universities should provide BUM DESA management training, especially for BUM DESA managers so that they can apply the principles of social entrepreneurship in the educational curriculum or through business incubators and local government training courses.

In terms of economic interests, the increasing number of trade centers, both traditional and modern, encourages the creation of job opportunities for many people. Starting from the services of security forces, shopkeepers, delivery people, cleaning services, to transportation services. This means that the presence of a trade center participates in alleviating the problem of poverty. This research uses quantitative research methods and statistical analysis, especially analysis of numbers and statistical analysis with the aim of confirming previously established hypotheses. Multiple linear regression method, partial test and simultaneous F test. Based on the SPSS calculation results, results were obtained 1). The income of traders at the Beringkit animal market in Badung Regency is partly positively and significantly influenced by capital, labor, but not significantly by the length of business. 2) The income of traders at the Beringkit animal market in Badung Regency is also simultaneously influenced positively and significantly by capital, labor and length of businesshe current development of the Indonesian economy can be measured by the development of trade centers. Abstract

The demand for animal food from livestock (meat, eggs and milk) tends to increase over time in line with population growth, income, nutritional awareness, and improvements in education levels. Marga District, Tabanan Regency as the top three broiler chicken populations that are very close to the city center, still has great potential to be developed as a broiler chicken production site because there is still a lot of land and labor in rural areas that can be empowered. The increase and decrease in the broiler chicken population is certainly indirectly in line with the income of chicken farmers in Tabanan Regency, because it can be interpreted that the chicken population increases, income can increase and likewise if the chicken population decreases, then the income of farmers can also decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor, capital and length of business on broiler chicken production simultaneously and partially. This study uses quantitative research methods and statistical analysis, especially numerical analysis and statistical analysis with the aim of confirming the previously established hypothesis. This study used a sample of 63 farmers through data collection through interviews and questionnaires, with multiple linear regression methods, partial tests and simultaneous F tests. Based on the results of the SPSS calculation, the results obtained are that the variables of capital, use of labor and length of business simultaneously/together have a significant effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers. Capital, labor have a positive and significant effect partially on the income of chicken farmers, while the length of business has a positive but not significant effect on chicken Farmers

Abstract

Rural development programs have been implemented in a number of ASEAN member countries, although as a separate priority and not as a complement to industrialization. These steps help increase growth and job creation in rural areas. This, in turn, paves the way for poverty alleviation in rural areas. The research objective that can be expressed is to analyze the influence of village development, village community creativity, BUMDes and creative economic efforts in the village, on the village's inclusive economic growth. The following conclusion was obtained: With accelerated village development, inclusive economic growth will be achieved in accordance with the ultimate goal of development. 1) By developing BUMDES in each village, business opportunities will be opened, absorbing labor and this will have an impact on the level of income and welfare of the community; 2) As the creativity of the village community increases, this will encourage village economic activities and have an impact on the village's original income and the economy of the village community. 3) Developing creative economic businesses as a way to open up job opportunities in the village by utilizing human resources in the village, so that this will increase family income and the village economy. The recommendation that can be given is that accelerating village development is very beneficial for village communities, especially in providing village infrastructure. Therefore, village development funding needs to be increased in order to foster: 1) village creativity, 2) BUMDES and 3) creative economic efforts, in order to increase inclusive economic growth in villages.
