Abstract

The purpose of this research was to discover, and research the effect of profitability ratio, solvability ratio, and liquidity ratio on stock price at non-cyclical consumer company sectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2021. The sampling technique of this research used purposive sampling, so that the remainder of this sampling research as many as 60 companies of 98 companies. This research is used secondary data. The secondary data usually used of documentation results of the each company. The method used of this research is descriptive analysis test, classic assumption test, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using the application SmartPLS 4. The results of this research are based on the results of the hypothesis test say that profitability ratio and liquidity ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on stock price; and solvency ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the application of precision farmingĀ  technology in Tidal Land, Tanjung Baru Village, Muara Padang, Banyuasin. The study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with field observation and survey methods and in-depth interviews. The population of the study was all farmers who manage agricultural land in Tanjung Baru Village. The research sample was taken purposively, namely farmers who have implemented or tried to implement precision farming. The number of samples was 30 farmers. Data collected included the use of precision farming technology, the obstacles faced and its impact on farmer productivity and welfare. In addition, the experience of farmers in implementing precision farming and identifying proposed solutions was also studied. Results of this study are that the majority of farmers in Tanjung Baru Muara Padang Banyuasin village were aged 41-50 years (46.7 percent), with an even level of education between high school, junior high school, and elementary school graduates. The largest land ownership is 3-5 hectares (53.3 percent). As many as 93.3 percent of respondents have implemented precision farming technology, with tractors and combine harvesters as the most commonly used technology. GISĀ  technology is used by 23.3 percent of respondents, drones by 10 percent, and plowing tools and machines and GRPS systems by 3.3 percent of respondents each. The main reasons for using technology are to increase farming productivity, reduce costs, and increase farming efficiency. Respondents want easy access to technology (50 percent), technical assistance (26.7 percent), and subsidy and financial assistance (20 percent). As many as 90 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to use precision farming technology in the future. More than 30 percent of respondents suggested assistance with precision farming tools and education and training, while 20 percent suggested the provision of water pumps. This indicates the need for comprehensive and sustainable support to increase the adoption of precision farming technologies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital telah meningkatkan ketergantungan terhadap smartphone, terutaman pada usia dewasa awal. Ketergantungan ini memunculkan fenomena nomophobia, yaitu rasa takut berlebihan ketika tidak dapat mengakses smartphone. Loneliness menjadi salah satu masalah psikologis yang sering dialami oleh dewasa awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara loneliness dengan kecenderungan nomophobia pada dewasa awal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitin ini berjumlah 384 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan skala yang digunakan yaitu skala loneliness dan skala nomophobia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis spearman rho dengan bantuan program computer IBM Statistical for Social Science (SPSS) versi 27 for Windows. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara loneliness dengan kecenderungan nomophobia pada dewasa awal dengan rentang usia 24 hingga 30 tahun dengan skor r sebesar 0,880 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Break Even Point (BEP) pada produksi industri pembuatan tahu di UD. Pabrik Tahu Patuh-Patuh Pacu yang berlokasi di Desa Nowa, Kecamatan Woja, Kabupaten Dompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur dan sumber internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 17.660.000, sedangkan biaya variabel sebesar Rp. 14.220.000. Biaya variabel rata-rata per unit (AVC) adalah Rp39.500. Dengan penambahan margin keuntungan sebesar 100%, harga jual per unit ditetapkan sebesar Rp. 79.000. Berdasarkan analisis BEP, diketahui bahwa pabrik harus menjual minimal 447 unit tahu agar mencapai titik impas, dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 35.313.000. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel yang tepat sangat penting dalam menentukan strategi penetapan harga dan pencapaian keuntungan dalam industri rumahan produksi tahu.Kata kunci.
