Geographic Information System For Infrastructure Damage Handling at Perumdam Tirta Anom Nurdin, Arif Muhamad

Abstract

Perumdam Tirta Anom Banjar city has services to meet the needs of clean water and drinking water for the people of Banjar City. In meeting the needs of clean water Perumdam Tirta Anom has several water treatmen infrastructure, piping, reservoir, pipes and office buildings. Perumdam Tirta Anom Banjar City has the responsibility to handle infrastructure damage based on reports of damage from the community as well as on schedule of periodic maintenance of infrastructure. Monitoring of Perumdam Tirta Anom infrastructure is conducted based on monthly report and grouping of location is still in general in Banjar City area only, so that there are constraints in the accuracy of handling damage. Head of Distribution Section requires a system that can monitor all activities handling infrastructure damage, and assist Head of Sub Division of Planning in determining the main priority of handling infrastructure damage. The proposed solution based on the problems that have been described is building a geographic information system that handles damaged infrastructure of Perumdam Tirta Anom Banjar City. The software development analysis approach used is object-oriented analysis, and geographic information system is built on the website, and for the determination of the main priority of handling infrastructure damage using TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Bahasa Sunda sudah diperkenalkan mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar, khususnya pada pembelajaran mengetahui keanekaragaman hewan. Namun, metode konvensional yang masih dominan sering membuat siswa merasa bosan dan kurang memahami bahasa Sunda. Jika tidak segera diatasi, penggunaan bahasa Sunda berpotensi terus menurun. Diperlukan inovasi berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif guna melestarikan bahasa dan budaya lokal, salah satu solusinya adalah menggunakan game dalam rangka pengenalan nama hewan dalam bahasa Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Aplikasi game edukasi ini dibuat menggunakan construct 2 dengan bantuan aplikasi Cubase, Coreldraw sebagai pembuatan icon serta mixing audio. Game ini dirancang untuk mengenalkan nama hewan dalam Bahasa Sunda dengan tampilan menarik dan interaktif. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi dalam game berjalan baik. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 8,4. Game ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan minat belajar sekaligus melestarikan bahasa Sunda.

Abstract

Emotions are an important aspect of human life, and scientific theories on emotions have been widely developed in various research fields such as philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience. In human-computer interaction, understanding emotions is also very important. Detecting emotions not only enables better decision-making, but is also useful in various contexts such as business, politics, and mental health. The focus on identifying emotions in text arises because emotions are often implied without explicit words. Through the analysis of grammar and sentence structure, text mining techniques enable the extraction of sentiments and emotions. Detecting and identifying emotions in text is important because it can be applied in a variety of fields, including decision-making, prediction of human emotions, product assessment, analysis of political support, and identification of depression. Text as textual data is an important source of information due to its ability to convey human emotions. In this research, emotion detection uses the Naïve Bayes method, with attribute weighting to improve accuracy using count vector. This classification approach allows grouping text into six emotion categories: happy, sad, fear, love, shock, and anger. The Naïve Bayes method was chosen for its reliability in classifying data based on conditional probabilities. Thus, this research provides a deeper understanding of understanding and managing emotions in the context of social media. The data classification results yield precision, recall, F1-Measure, and accuracy values.

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan ini berangkat dari permasalahan rendahnya pemanfaatan potensi lokal dan minimnya strategi berbasis data dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Nagrog dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kewirausahaan sosial melalui pemahaman pola perjalanan wisatawan dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan wisata pesisir berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan 8 pelaku wisata dan 3 tokoh masyarakat, serta analisis sederhana terhadap pola kunjungan wisatawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman perilaku dan preferensi wisatawan mampu membantu masyarakat dalam menyesuaikan produk dan layanan wisata, meningkatkan daya tarik lokal, serta memperluas peluang usaha. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan ini juga memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya sinergi antara potensi budaya, alam, dan pengelolaan ekonomi kreatif. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata berbasis kewirausahaan sosial dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun keberlanjutan pariwisata sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
