Abstract

The importance of studying in Islam is reflected in the hadiths which emphasize that the pursuit of knowledge is an obligation for every Muslim. The research method used is textual analysis of a number of hadiths selected based on their relevance to the research topic. The analysis was conducted to identify the main messages contained in these hadiths and their implications in the context of education and the life of Muslim communities. The results showed that the hadiths on science emphasize that the search for knowledge is an obligation for every Muslim, both male and female. The hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) clearly emphasize the importance of the search for knowledge as a means to understand religion, increase worship, and form good character and that knowledge is a treasure that cannot be stolen and that the search for knowledge must continue throughout life. In addition, the hadiths also affirm the high value given to scholars and scholars in Islamic society, who are respected and regarded as pillars of knowledge and wisdom. The implication of this research is the importance of developing a culture of literacy and education in Muslim societies to strengthen understanding and practice related to the importance of studying in accordance with religious teachings.

Abstract

Introduction: The elderly are individuals who have entered the age of 60 years and above. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies the elderly in several categories: middle age (45-59 years), elderly (60-74 years), elderly (75-90 years), and very old age (90 years). As they age, the elderly are more prone to experiencing anxiety disorders that can impact their quality of life. Objective: The purpose of Butterfly Hug Group Activity Therapy is to reduce anxiety in the elderly. Method: This group activity therapy has 3 stages, namely the orientation stage, the work stage with the administration of butterfly hug therapy, and the termination stage. Result: The population in this activity was the elderly totaling 13 people by distributing the "Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS)" pre-test and post-test anxiety level questionnaires. The results of the pre-test questionnaire before therapy were obtained by 4 elderly people with moderate anxiety, 8 elderly people experienced mild anxiety, and 1 elderly person had no anxiety. Meanwhile, the post-test results after butterfly hug therapy were obtained, 1 elderly person experienced mild anxiety and 12 elderly people had no anxiety. Conclusion: Butterfly Hug therapy can provide positive benefits for the elderly who have been intervened such as, reducing anxiety and anxiety, improving comfort, and improving sleep quality. For the elderly, it also helps reduce mind distractions and improves the ability to focus and concentrate.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penggunaan gadget di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa juga dianggap sebagai suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terhindarkan mulai dari kalangan usia anak – anak hingga usia tua lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu pada perangkat elektronik dan dunia internet, dan tentunya sering berinteraksi lebih banyak dengan layar gadget. Hal ini terbukti bahwa kondisi ini menyebabkan banyak masyarakat merasakan adanya gangguan pada penglihatan. Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap ketajaman penglihatan pada siswa keperawatan di SMK Negeri 9 Kota Tangerang Tahun 2024. Metodelogi penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa keperawatan kelas 10 SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang berjumlah 77 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling. Instrument penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner dan observasi menggunakan Snellen Chart. Analisa data menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian: Penggunaan gadget pada siswa keperawatan di SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang adalah Selalu menggunakan gadget dengan ketajaman penglihatan buruk. Kesimpulan: Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap ketajaman penglihatan pada siswa keperawatan di SMK Negeri 9 Kota Tangerang dengan hasil (p-Value= 0,00).
