Abstract

Morals and ethics are something that is very important to be developed in students. The poor morals and ethics of students towards teachers, colleagues, underclassmen and others are proof that education in the country has not fully succeeded in shaping the character of good students. For this reason, special and intensive coaching is needed on moral and ethical development based on a normative approach that is integrated with the Qur'an and Hadith. The purpose of this study is to examine the morals of students towards teachers according to the Qur'an and Hadith and how to overcome the problem of bad moral decadence in students. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The approach used is the library method, the materials collected are books, magazines and journal articles related to this research theme from previous research works. The data sources include verses of the Quran and Hadith that contain the morals of students towards teachers and the views of experts contained in related articles. The results of this study show that; (1) special and intensive coaching is needed on students' morals and ethics while in school, (2) Improve students' Islamic studies, (3) Tell the morals of noble prophets and ompanions, (4) Improve the quality and quantity of worship, (5) Provide good examples and examples.

Abstract

A method is a set of methods or methods used by teachers in learning so that students can achieve certain learning goals and skills. Many verses in the Al-Qur’an explain the use of methods in teaching. Some of them we find in Surah Ali Imran 159 and Al-Maidah 67. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review. The purpose of this research is to determine the method of learning or teaching the Al-Qur'an. Based on the discussion, the teaching methods of the Al-Qur’an are (1) Hiwar, which is an alternating conversation between two or more parties through questions and answers regarding a topic leading to a goal, and (2) Tabligh, which is a systematic, orderly and measurable method used by preachers in presenting tabligh material to their audience.

Abstract

A method is a set of methods or methods that teachers use in learning so that students can achieve certain learning goals and skills. Many verses in the Koran explain the use of methods in teaching. Some of them we find in Surah Ali Imran verse 159 and Al-Maidah verse 67. The aim of this research is to find out the method of learning or teaching the Al-Qur'an. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with a literature review. The main data sources come from books, magazines and the latest articles related to this research theme. Abstract

Hawalah is the concept of debt transfer in Islamic law which is increasingly relevant in the digital era through the application of technology in the financial sector, such as fintech platforms. This research aims to explore the understanding of hawalah, including its sharia principles, as well as its benefits and risks in the context of modern finance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method through literature studies that examine classical Islamic legal texts as well as books and journals related to sharia economic law. The research results show that hawalah allows debt transfer with the principle of being free from usury and gharar, and has pillars that must be fulfilled by the three parties involved: muhil, muhal, and muhal alaih.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of maintaining one's appearance or personal grooming which includes recommendations, including removing armpit hair. This study is included in the literature review, the focus of this study is hadiths related to self-care, the approach applied is maqasid al-syari'ah al-syatibi. In this research, it is stated that a person's appearance is part of beauty and in the Islamic religion, including manners or ethics, as part of natural human habits. This research uses qualitative research methods by using books, magazines and journal articles as the main source for obtaining information which is then codified and expressed in the form of research results. The results of this study show that the benefits of removing armpit hair are maintaining cleanliness and health, so shaving is considered a recommended and preferred action.
