Abstract

The Toyo Motor workshop MSMEs was established on January 7, 2019, which is located at Ruko Royal Sincom Blok C No.16. There are many industries around Ruko Royal Sincom, one of which is PT. Panasonic Batam. The number of employees from PT in the industrial area is not small and on average the employees use motorbikes as their means of transportation to go to work. In order to increase the productivity of Toyo Motor's workforce, the MSME owners always understand and maintain good relationships with their employees. By building a good or healthy relationship with the workforce, their performance will also get better. The interview technique used is to prepare several questions for owners that are indirectly related to consumer behavior in service such as the prepurchase stage, service encounter stage, and post encounter stage as well as several other questions regarding the MSME into new information which refers to a conclusion. We use financial statements as data to manage. The author will analyze the effect of implementing the prepurchase stage, service stage and post encounter stage on the increase or decrease in the turnover of Toyo workshop MSMEs. MSMEs have a trend demand pattern where this pattern occurs when there are several customers who like some of the trends that are happening. In today's increasingly competitive era of globalization, it is well understood that the key to winning business competition is to provide quality services that create customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis kosmetik, apapun bentuknya, seperti perusahaan besar maupun usaha kecil menengah, penting untuk memiliki sistem manajemen keuangan yang baik. Usaha yang dilengkapi dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik akan lebih terstruktur dalam operasionalnya dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih baik. Sella Kosmetik merupakan sebuah UMKM yang beroperasi di bidang kosmetik yang berbasis di Batam, dipilih sebagai obyek dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam artikel ini. Dari proses wawancara dan observasi yang telah dilakukan, terungkap bahwa manajemen keuangan dari Sella Kosmetik masih sangat kurang karena masih menggunakan pencatatan manual untuk transaksi penjualan dan pembelian. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah membantu Sella Kosmetik menyelesaikan masalah dalam pencatatan transaksi operasionalnya dengan menciptakan sistem keuangan. Sella Kosmetik memperoleh sistem keuangan baru melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa aplikasi Microsoft Access yang membantu pemilik mencatat transaksi dan menyediakan laporan keuangan seperti buku besar, neraca saldo, laba rugi, neraca, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Islamic fintech Intention has been growing rapidly in Indonesia in rencent years and drawing attention among practitioners, government, and academics. This study intents to investigate determinant of intention to use Islamic Fintech. Fintech has been regarded as a game changer in terms of bringing finances to those who lack access through information technology and the digital financial landscape. Data in this research was acquired using online questionnaires. There were collected from November 2022 to March 2023 and distributed online to survey 396 Islamic Fintech Users. Hypothesis testing in this study used structural equation modeling on partial least square approach the result revealed those variable of effort expectancy, social influence, government support, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness were significant and positively influence on intention to use. Moreover, fear of COVID-19 was negatively significant and moderates perceived risk on dependent variable. Limitation of this study only cover Islamic fintech service peer-peer to lending in Indonesia.
