Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, firm size, working capital, efficiency, leverage and sales growth on profitability due to fluctuations in company performance on the energy index listed on the IDX. The sample used in this study was 240 financial statements of companies listed on the energy index. This study uses several indicators to measure such as the independent variables used, namely current assets, total sales, net working capital, working capital turnover, debt to equity ratio and sales growth. While the dependent variable used is return on assets. The data collection was obtained from the official IDX website and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In processing the sample data, this study used the eviews 12 program and the method used was the multiple linear regression method. In addition to obtaining statistical tests, this study uses the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results it can be concluded that liquidity, leverage and sales growth do not have a significant effect on profitability, while firm size and efficiency have a significant positive effect on profitability. In contrast to working capital which has a significant negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management and constraints of existing ERP systems in PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in the household production industry by offering food products, beverages, kitchen needs, to toiletries. In an effort to develop its business operations, it is known that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk implements its management strategy through ERP and Supply Chain Management systems. The ERP system at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk functions as an information integration tool for all company stakeholders, while Supply Chain Management functions as a tool for monitoring the flow of goods to consumers and the amount of inventory. Thus, the two strategies are related to the certainty of the performance of Unilever employees. This paper aims to analyze the performance and the relationship between supply chain management, and the effect of the ERP system implemented by Unilever companies on operational performance through interaction and communication of information in order to be efficient in implementing supply chain management strategies and ERP systems. The research method uses a document study approach, as well as primary and secondary data collection techniques. The results of the study reveals that the Supply Chain Management strategy of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has four components, namely supply chain uncertainty, management of economies of scale, selection of transportation modes, and product inventory control; as well as the ERP and Supply Chain Management systems of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk have a positive and significant impact on the company's performance so as to obtain profits and achieve company goals.

Abstract

The Toyo Motor workshop MSMEs was established on January 7, 2019, which is located at Ruko Royal Sincom Blok C No.16. There are many industries around Ruko Royal Sincom, one of which is PT. Panasonic Batam. The number of employees from PT in the industrial area is not small and on average the employees use motorbikes as their means of transportation to go to work. In order to increase the productivity of Toyo Motor's workforce, the MSME owners always understand and maintain good relationships with their employees. By building a good or healthy relationship with the workforce, their performance will also get better. The interview technique used is to prepare several questions for owners that are indirectly related to consumer behavior in service such as the prepurchase stage, service encounter stage, and post encounter stage as well as several other questions regarding the MSME into new information which refers to a conclusion. We use financial statements as data to manage. The author will analyze the effect of implementing the prepurchase stage, service stage and post encounter stage on the increase or decrease in the turnover of Toyo workshop MSMEs. MSMEs have a trend demand pattern where this pattern occurs when there are several customers who like some of the trends that are happening. In today's increasingly competitive era of globalization, it is well understood that the key to winning business competition is to provide quality services that create customer satisfaction.
