Abstract

To optimize the income achieved by BUMDes Tunas Mandiri Wawouru village, it is very necessary to use digital marketing. The aim of carrying out this PKM activity is so that BUMDes Tunas Mandiri ministrators and MSMEs are able to understand and recognize the use of digital marketing as a marketing strategy to increase BUMDes Tunas Mandiri's income in the Era of Society 5.0. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method. The results of implementing this PKM activity showed a positive response in receiving material during the activity and showed high interest as indicated by the evaluation results, each of which showed very significant changes. The first indicator shows an achievement percentage of 80%, the second indicator shows an achievement percentage of 70%, the third indicator shows an achievement percentage of 85%. So that by holding PkM activities with the theme Digital Marketing to Increase the Income of BUMDes Tunas Mandiri in the Society 5.0 Era, it can be followed up and used as a sustainable promotional media to increase the income of BUMDes Tunas Mandiri in Wawouru village, Palangga sub-district, South Konawe district, Southeast Sulawesi province.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control over cash flow within PT PLN (Persero) Kendari Branch, a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia. Effective internal control is essential to monitor both cash inflows and outflows and to support the implementation of financial policies that align with organizational objectives. The core issue addressed in this study is the adequacy of the internal control system for cash receipts and the overall effectiveness of cash receipt processes. A descriptive analysis method was employed to assess current practices. The findings reveal that the internal control system related to cash receipts is generally adequate, as evidenced by the clear separation of duties and responsibilities between the account recording function and the cash receipt function. However, regarding the effectiveness of cash collection, the use of the Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) system has paradoxically led to an increase in the number of customers delaying payments. This suggests that while internal control mechanisms are in place, further improvements are needed in ensuring timely cash collection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan organizational performance pada industri perhotelan di Kota Kendari dilihat dari perubahan-perubahan pada aspek absorptive capacity, organizational innovation dan strategic agility terhadap. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 57 responden yang berasal dari 19 Hotel terpilih secara sengaja dan diwakili oleh 3 orang dari unit kerja yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan data dioleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa perkembangan organizational performance pada Industri Perhotelan di Kota Kendari disebabkan oleh perubahan Absorptive Capacity, organizational innovation dan strategic agility secara simultan dengan Tingkat signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara partial, ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel Absorptive Capacity, organizational innovation dan strategic agility yang berarti bahwa Absorptive Capacity, organizational innovation dan strategic agility, masing-masing memiliki kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan dalam perkembangan industri perhotelan di Kota Kendari.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze: (1) To study and determine simultaneously the influence of work discipline and ability on the performance of employees of the South Konawe Regency Health Service (2) To study and determine the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the South Konawe Regency Health Service (3) ) To study and determine the influence of ability on the performance of South Konawe District Health Service employees. The sample used in this research was 113 respondents who were employees at the South Konawe District Health Service. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. The analysis used to answer the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research obtained several conclusions, namely (1) Discipline and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Increasing discipline and work ability has a real effect on improving employee performance. The more disciplined the employees are and supported by good employee work abilities, the higher the performance of the South Konawe District Health Service employees (2) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Increasing discipline in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better the discipline, the higher the performance of the South Konawe District Health Service employees (3) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Increasing work ability in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better the work ability, the higher the performance of the South Konawe District Health Service employees. Keywords: Discipline and Work Ability, Work Dicipline
