Abstract

Different systems, education needs material as a driving force like the economy in running a society, at least at least to revive the human resources involved in the institution. This article aims to look at the financial planning of Islamic education theoretically and what happens in the field. The method used in this research is library research and qualitative field data, financial management and financing of educational institutions can be interpreted as a series of activities to manage the finances of educational institutions ranging from planning, extracting cost resources, bookkeeping, spending, supervision and accountability and financial reporting of educational institutions so that the organisation or educational institution runs effectively and efficiently in carrying out the function of providing high-quality educational services. Even in Islam the Qur'an instructs us to be familiar with administrative activities and Bookkeeping.

Abstract

Abstract: Cardiorespiratory fitness plays a crucial role in football performance, influencing endurance, speed, and overall success on the field. This study aimed to explore the impact of cardiorespiratory fitness on football performance through a systematic review and meta-analysis, following the PRISMA protocol. Relevant studies on elite football teams were analyzed to assess the relationship between fitness and performance. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between high cardiorespiratory fitness and improved football performance. Players with superior fitness levels demonstrated better endurance and speed, contributing to their overall on-field success. The study concludes that enhancing cardiorespiratory fitness through targeted training programs can significantly improve players' physical abilities, ultimately boosting the performance of football teams. This emphasizes the importance of incorporating fitness-focused training in football to maximize players' potential and ensure better results in competition.Keywords: Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Effective Training Programs, Football Performance.  Abstrak: Kebugaran kardiorespirasi memainkan peran penting dalam performa sepak bola, mempengaruhi daya tahan, kecepatan, dan keberhasilan di lapangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kebugaran kardiorespirasi terhadap performa sepak bola melalui pendekatan Tinjauan Sistematis dan Meta-Analisis yang mengikuti protokol PRISMA. Studi-studi yang relevan tentang hubungan kebugaran kardiorespirasi dan performa sepak bola pada tim elit dianalisis untuk menarik kesimpulan yang bermakna. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukkan korelasi positif yang kuat antara tingkat kebugaran kardiorespirasi yang tinggi dengan peningkatan performa sepak bola. Pemain dengan kebugaran yang lebih baik menunjukkan daya tahan, kecepatan, dan performa di lapangan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pemain dengan kebugaran rendah. Hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kebugaran kardiorespirasi melalui program pelatihan yang terarah dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan fisik pemain dan berkontribusi pada kesuksesan tim sepak bola.Kata Kunci: Kebugaran Kardiorespirasi, Program Pelatihan yang Efektif, Performa Sepak Bola

Abstract

Bullying is a behaviour that abuses power by hurting someone either physically or emotionally. However, what is very unfortunate and what is more concerning is that there are still many acts of bullying that occur in the school environment. In comparison, schools should be a safe environment for children to play and learn. The level of bullying is most often found at the adolescent level because adolescence is a transitional period when changes occur in the physical, spiritual, or physical, emotional, social, and personal aspects so that changes in adolescent behaviour also occur related to challenges, and what they are facing. The purpose of this research is to facilitate young victims of bullying to safely report the events they experience without any fear of their identity being known. The method used in this paper is literature review which is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. The implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services is carried out online by utilizing technology as a means to support guidance and counselling. So from the results of this study, we hope to be able to overcome the problems experienced by adolescent (junior high school) victims of bullying that occur in society

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to develop a Project Based Learning (PBL) model based on basic locomotor movement skills and evaluate its effectiveness in learning Physical Education in elementary schools. Materials and methods. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were students of PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL 11 Bima Citywith an initial test involving 20 students and a final test involving 40 students. The measurement instrument for basic locomotor movement skills used the Test of Gross Motor Development (TGMD), including running, jumping, and hopping skills. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using the t-test, N-Gain, and Aiken's V validation. Results. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' abilities after the implementation of the model. The average pretest score (cognitive 66.5; affective 66.8; psychomotor 68.0) increased in the posttest (cognitive 85.3; affective 86.0; psychomotor 88.5). The t-test obtained a value of 30.51 with p = 0.000 (<0.05), N-Gain of 58.18% was in the medium to high category, and Aiken's V validation showed very valid criteria (0.89–0.94). Conclusion: The findings show that integrating TGMD into the PBL framework effectively improves locomotor skills, active participation, motivation, and collaboration, thereby supporting holistic development and enhancing the quality of physical education learning.
