Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has persisted for over two and a half years, is now entering a recovery phase. During this period, Indonesian consumers have notably adapted their behavior, becoming more technologically savvy. This shift has been further accelerated by technological advancements, leading to the development of omnichannel strategies—integrated channel management models that unify all available customer interaction points. This research investigates the factors that influence customer retention within the context of cosmetic retailers in Indonesia, utilizing the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory. The SOR theory is applied to understand customer purchasing behavior in the omnichannel retail environment and to analyze strategies that can enhance customer retention. Data was collected from 172 respondents using a 1-7 Likert scale questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The study employed quantitative cross-sectional design and purposive sampling, with data analysis conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that five out of seven hypotheses were supported, revealing that omnichannel interaction and individualization have a significant positive impact on sensory, affective, and behavioral brand experiences. Furthermore, these brand experiences were found to significantly influence customer retention in the cosmetics retail sector.

Abstract

Outgoing shipment management is a crucial aspect in maintaining the smooth distribution process at POS Purwokerto Branch. Based on internal data, the average delay (overtime) in shipments reached 3.56% of the total shipment volume from September 2024 to September 2025. Therefore, a data analysis-based planning system is needed through forecasting the volume of outgoing shipments so that the company can anticipate spikes in demand and optimize fleet and workforce capacity. Forecasting uses a time series approach with the Naïve, Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) methods. The test results show that the ARIMA (2,1,1) model is the best model with the smallest error rate, namely a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 1867.87, a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 7846634.40, and a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.001% and is in accordance with historical demand data patterns. The forecast results provide an accurate reference for management in managing fleet capacity, distribution scheduling, and workforce allocation so as to minimize delivery delays due to imbalances between capacity and workload and increase the efficiency and sustainability of the company's operations in the future.

Abstract

This community service program was designed to empower the Kelompok Tani Harapan Jaya (KTHJ) in Sukawali Village through the application of innovative packaging technology aimed at enhancing the added value of agricultural products. The main challenge faced by KTHJ is the limited shelf life, low quality, and weak competitiveness of horticultural products due to the use of simple packaging that does not align with modern market standards. The program was implemented through six key stages: problem identification, situational analysis, preparation, technology implementation, mentoring and monitoring, and sustainability planning. Activities were conducted on September 18, 2025, in the form of socialization and training, involving 20 members of KTHJ as direct beneficiaries. The outcomes demonstrate a significant increase in farmers’ knowledge and skills related to packaging materials, labeling techniques, and product quality standards. Pretest and posttest results revealed an improvement in packaging understanding from an average of 43.75% to 85.63%. This finding highlights the previous gap in farmers’ access to packaging technology knowledge and training. Furthermore, the establishment of a dedicated packaging unit within KTHJ provides a mechanism to manage packaging material inventory, monitor product quality, and coordinate marketing strategies. This unit ensures program sustainability and continuous benefits for the farmers’ group. Overall, the program successfully strengthened farmers’ capacity to improve product value and competitiveness in the agricultural supply chain.

Abstract

Globalization has significantly intensified business competition, with multinational corporations emerging as major contenders in increasingly open global markets. This development affects not only competition for consumers but also the competition to attract and retain competent employees with strong work ethics. E-commerce is a sector characterized by high market demand and a substantial contribution to current economic growth. Job seekers’ willingness to join a company is shaped by perceived organizational attractiveness. The study aims to analyze the influence of organizational attractiveness dimensions, including organizational attributes, experiences of responsibility, knowledge of results, and work meaningfulness, on job application intentions at e-commerce companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research method is used by using a survey. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed online. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 132 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing. The results show that organizational attributes, experiences of responsibility, and work meaningfulness have a positive and significant effect on job application intentions at e-commerce companies. In contrast, knowledge of results did not significantly influence job application intentions. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of the literature on organizational attraction and person–organization fit, as well as practical contributions for e-commerce companies in designing recruitment strategies to build a competitive talent pool.
