Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of webform on customer satisfaction with knowledge as a moderating variable. The data analysis method uses quantitative with a questionnaire data source with a sample size of 100 samples. Data analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results obtained a constant value of 2.078 indicating customer satisfaction before being influenced by the webform variable. Then the regression coefficient value of 0.532 The results of the t-test obtained a t-sig value < α5% (0.05), namely 0.000 < 0.05 and it can be stated that web form has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The MRA test results show that knowledge is a quasi-moderator or pseudo-moderator variable between the dependent variable customer satisfaction and the independent variable webform.

Abstract

Islamic banks as a company still have a goal of profit, where profit is often used as a measure of the company's performance. One of the profit ratios is the return on assets (ROA) ratio. Then the ROA in the previous study was influenced by many factors, while in this study it was seen based on the net performance financing (NPF) ratio, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and net return (NI). The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the NPF ratio, FDR ratio, and NI ratio on the ROA ratio. The research population was Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely 4 companies with data from the first-fourth quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2024. Panel data regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that simultaneously net performance financing (NPF), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and net return (NI) were significant on the return on assets (ROA) ratio, but partially net performance financing (NPF) did not affect the return on assets (ROA) ratio while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and net return (NI) were significant on the return on assets (ROA) ratio.

Abstract

Transformasi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi, termasuk pengembangan komputer, media penyimpanan, jaringan komunikasi, dan perangkat lunak. Digitalisasi kini juga diterapkan pada koperasi untuk mempermudah proses transaksi serta membuat pengelolaan lebih efisien dan modern. Berdasarkan implementasi sistem koperasi berbasis web yang telah diterapkan di Palembang, muncul kebutuhan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Palembang agar mereka dapat mengelola sistem secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pihak dinas dalam memanfaatkan sistem koperasi modern berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi secara interaktif melalui ceramah, diskusi tanya jawab, serta praktik langsung penggunaan sistem guna memastikan penerapan yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi berbasis Android Mobile di Kelurahan Talang Keramat sebagai solusi terhadap keterbatasan layanan manual yang masih bergantung pada formulir fisik dan kurang terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang menekankan pembuatan prototipe cepat dengan keterlibatan pengguna secara intensif. Aplikasi dirancang menggunakan Kotlin untuk pengembangan mobile modern serta Supabase sebagai basis data real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menyediakan fitur registrasi akun, pengisian formulir elektronik, verifikasi dokumen, pemantauan status layanan, serta pengelolaan data oleh aparatur kelurahan. Pengujian black-box yang melibatkan masyarakat, admin, dan lurah membuktikan bahwa sistem telah berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan fungsional, dengan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi pada proses login, registrasi, validasi, hingga unduh dokumen PDF. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pelayanan administrasi di Kelurahan Talang Keramat menjadi lebih cepat, aman, dan efisien, serta berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan bagi wilayah lain.
