Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan wirausahawan muda anggota Home Business Camp (HBC) dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan bisnis dan manajemen. Home Business Camp (HBC) merupakan program camp, coaching dan mentoring yang diprakarsai Dinas Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Yogyakarta. Anggota HBC merupakan wirausahawan muda berusia 18-28 tahun. Berbagai jenis UMKM digeluti oleh anggota HBC. Beberapa di antaranya menjalankan kegiatan penjualan melalui toko (showroom, outlet, tenant, dan sebagainya). Pemaparan materi mengenai strategi pemasaran berupa meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen di lingkungan toko menjadi salah satu kegiatan dalam pelatihan ini. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan dipilih berdasarkan analisis hasil wawancara tim PKM dengan anggota HBC. Pemaparan materi diharapkan dapat memberikan insight yang dapat membantu wirausahawan muda anggota HBC dalam mengelola lingkungan toko mereka.

Abstract

Not only testing the direct relationship, but this research also intends to examine the indirect relationship of brand personality (BP) on hotel brand loyalty (BL) through self-congruity (SC) and functional congruity (FC). In addition, functional congruity, a topic that is infrequently researched in the tourism literature, is explored in this study. Using WarpPLS 8.0, this study tests the sample of 227 visitors to a hotel in Yogyakarta. The findings show that brand personality, self-congruity and functional congruity are the antecedents of hotel brand loyalty. This study recommends that hotels strengthen brand personality as an intangible asset to gain loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh aktivitas website, penanganan komplain, dan iklan terhadap niat untuk memberikan rekomendasi. Sebanyak 200 data pengguna website perjalanan wisata diuji menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk memberikan rekomendasi

Abstract

Budgeting is crucial in organizations because it is used as a monitoring and evaluation tool. A poor performance climate encourages individuals to work effortlessly so research is needed that links good mood to budgeting. The research implies that organizations can build a positive work climate to reduce slack rather than just focusing on formal regulations and threats. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of differences in budget setter mood on proposal preparation regarding the intention to create slack in the budget. The results show that individuals in a happy mood will create less slack in the budget. Individuals in a happy mood will create less slack because the work climate influences a person to make decisions. Individuals in a good work environment will be motivated to be honest. The originality of this research is different from previous research, namely dividing the mood into 2 parts, happy mood and sad mood with the context of individual budget settings, not divisions.
