Abstract

Customer Service Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Takengon Sengeda 1 Aceh Tengah selalu berusaha menjalankan perannya dalam membantu nasabah memilih produk tabungan serta memberikan informasi tentang produk-produk tabungan yang ada pada bank. Dan dalam mengatasi komplain nasabah Customer Service menjalankan dengan standar pelayanan yang sudah diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Customer Service dalam melayani nasabah yang akan menggunakan produk tabungan dan strategi Customer Service mengatasi komplain nasabah. Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan Supervisor Customer Service dan Customer Service. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Takengon Sengeda 1 Aceh Tengah telah mampu memberikan perannya sebagai Customer Service yang baik Customer Service juga membantu nasabah dalam memilih produk tabungan yang akan digunakan dan mengatasi komplain nasabah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of big data on modern leadership styles, where leaders are expected to have not only interpersonal skills, but also capabilities in data analysis for better decision-making. Big data has the potential to increase organisational efficiency by up to 20% by providing insights through relevant patterns and trends. However, the shift towards data-driven leadership is not without challenges; many leaders face limited analytical skills, resistance to the new culture, and ethical issues related to data privacy and bias. This research uses a Literature Review approach to understand the impact of big data in various sectors and look at how leaders can adapt. The results show that the use of big data accelerates more accurate decision-making and increases transparency in organisations, which is critical to building public trust. Nonetheless, challenges such as the need for analytical skills training and setting up adequate technological infrastructure remain. Practical recommendations include the development of data analytics training programmes and the use of advanced analytics tools to support leaders in this digital age. Overall, this research highlights the importance of big data in the transformation of leadership styles and its impact on organisational performance.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Takengon Sengeda 1 Aceh Tengah telah mampu memberikan perannya sebagai Customer Service yang baik Customer Service juga membantu nasabah dalam memilih produk tabungan yang akan digunakan dan mengatasi komplain nasabah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan.

Abstract

Background : Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by reversible airway obstruction. One of the most common nursing problems encountered during an acute asthma attack is ineffective airway clearance due to mucus hypersecretion and bronchospasm. Prompt and targeted nursing interventions are essential to prevent respiratory complications. Method : The design of this writing uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The Nursing Care Approach consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. Results : All fourth patients demonstrated significant clinical improvement after interventions. Respiratory rate decreased, wheezing was reduced, cough became more effective, and oxygen saturation improved to ≥ 95%. These outcomes indicate that the nursing interventions were successful in resolving the ineffective airway clearance problem. Conclusion : Prompt and appropriate nursing interventions are effective in managing ineffective airway clearance in patients with bronchial asthma. A combination of non-pharmacological techniques and collaborative therapies plays a crucial role in improving respiratory status in emergency care settings.
