Abstract

In general, parenting is an interaction relationship between parents, namely father and mother. And their children, which involves aspects of the parents' attitudes, values and beliefs as a form of nurturing effort, showing their authority over the child and one of the parents' responsibilities in delivering their child. Towards maturity. This research aims to provide readers with an understanding of parental parenting styles regarding children's personalities. The data collection technique used in this research, where the data comes from books. Scientific journals, literature that is suitable as a source for the research that the author will research. The results of the research show that parental patterns consist of theree types, on of which is authoritarian parenting where parents demand that children follow the rules without asking the child's opinion. This makes children tend to lack self-confidence and form an unhealthy inner child

Abstract

ThisThis research aims to determine the definition, causes and symptoms of depression. Semiotic research and approach is a method that examines and analyzes signs or symbols in a cultural or social context. Semiotics itself is the study of signs and their meaning. This approach views signs ascommunication media that create meaning in a society. This research examines the film "Daily Of The Sunshine". Depression is a condition where a person feels sad, disappointed when experiencing a change, loss or failure and becomes pathological when they are unable to adapt. Depression can occur due to many problems and social and cultural changes along with the rate of global growth, especially increasing technological advances. It cannot be denied that global technological advances have had both positive and negative impacts. Of course, we have to avoid negative impacts because it will lead to instability in life if someone does not have self-resilience which can cause depression for someone who experiences it.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep organisasi dan perilaku organisasi dalam konteks manajemen organisasi pendidikan. Organisasi dipahami sebagai suatu kesatuan sosial yang terstruktur, terdiri dari individu-individu yang bekerja sama secara sadar untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam dunia pendidikan, organisasi berperan penting dalam menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan terarah. Sementara itu, perilaku organisasi merupakan kajian mengenai bagaimana individu, kelompok, dan struktur organisasi saling berinteraksi serta memengaruhi efektivitas dan produktivitas organisasi. Artikel ini menyoroti unsur-unsur organisasi, tujuan dan manfaat organisasi, serta dinamika perilaku organisasi seperti motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. Selain itu, dibahas pula peluang dan tantangan seperti keanekaragaman tenaga kerja, inovasi, serta pentingnya etika dalam perilaku organisasi. Pemahaman mendalam mengenai konsep ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan produktif.
