Abstract

In general, parenting is an interaction relationship between parents, namely father and mother. And their children, which involves aspects of the parents' attitudes, values and beliefs as a form of nurturing effort, showing their authority over the child and one of the parents' responsibilities in delivering their child. Towards maturity. This research aims to provide readers with an understanding of parental parenting styles regarding children's personalities. The data collection technique used in this research, where the data comes from books. Scientific journals, literature that is suitable as a source for the research that the author will research. The results of the research show that parental patterns consist of theree types, on of which is authoritarian parenting where parents demand that children follow the rules without asking the child's opinion. This makes children tend to lack self-confidence and form an unhealthy inner child

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of counseling in the process of Islamic-based drug rehabilitation at the Khalid Bin Walid Islamic Syar'i Narcotics Rehabilitation Institute, Medan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation which were then analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that individual counseling is the main core in helping participants understand the root of the problem of addiction, build motivation, and design strategies for a healthy, drug-free life. Group therapy complements the rehabilitation process by strengthening solidarity and social skills among participants. In addition, spiritual guidance based on Islamic values plays an important role in strengthening inner peace and commitment to change. However, the rehabilitation process faces significant challenges such as emotional instability of participants, minimal family support, and limited facilities and professional staff. To overcome this, the institution collaborates with various related institutions to support the legal, social, and medical aspects of rehabilitation. This study concludes that drug rehabilitation that integrates an Islamic-based bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach can be an effective model in the recovery of addicts, with the support of synergy between institutions and a conducive social environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dan unsur-unsur manajemen dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang diulas mencakup perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling), yang kesemuanya merupakan elemen penting dalam mencapai tujuan institusi pendidikan. Selain itu, makalah ini juga membahas unsur-unsur manajemen yang terdiri dari manusia (man), uang (money), bahan/material (material), metode (method), mesin (machine), pasar (market), dan waktu (minutes), serta bagaimana ketujuh unsur tersebut berperan dalam proses pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Studi ini menyoroti bahwa efektivitas operasional manajemen sangat menentukan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Namun dalam praktiknya, banyak lembaga pendidikan menghadapi kendala seperti kurangnya kompetensi SDM, keterbatasan fasilitas dan teknologi, serta permasalahan pendanaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan manajemen pendidikan yang lebih sistematis dan adaptif terhadap dinamika zaman. Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman konseptual serta strategi aplikatif dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi dan unsur manajemen pendidikan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi antara manajerial yang profesional dengan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung agar tercipta lembaga pendidikan yang efektif, efisien, dan berorientasi pada mutu.
