Abstract

In general, parenting is an interaction relationship between parents, namely father and mother. And their children, which involves aspects of the parents' attitudes, values and beliefs as a form of nurturing effort, showing their authority over the child and one of the parents' responsibilities in delivering their child. Towards maturity. This research aims to provide readers with an understanding of parental parenting styles regarding children's personalities. The data collection technique used in this research, where the data comes from books. Scientific journals, literature that is suitable as a source for the research that the author will research. The results of the research show that parental patterns consist of theree types, on of which is authoritarian parenting where parents demand that children follow the rules without asking the child's opinion. This makes children tend to lack self-confidence and form an unhealthy inner child

Abstract

Implementasi manajemen dalam pengelolaan madrasah melalui perspektif Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sebagai dasar penjaminan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Fokus utama kajian adalah peran SNP dalam proses akreditasi sekolah/madrasah, dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan, serta strategi yang digunakan madrasah dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi proses akreditasi. Akreditasi dipandang sebagai bentuk evaluasi eksternal yang menilai kelayakan institusi pendidikan berdasarkan delapan standar nasional yang mencakup isi, proses, lulusan, pendidik, sarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, dan penilaian. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus, makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan akreditasi mendorong madrasah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, strategi yang efektif seperti pembentukan tim akreditasi, pembagian tugas sesuai kompetensi, dan pelatihan manajerial menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mencapai hasil akreditasi yang optimal. Dengan demikian, akreditasi bukan sekadar prosedur administratif, melainkan alat strategis dalam mewujudkan madrasah yang bermutu tinggi dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Adult and elderly developmental psychology studies the physical, psychological and social changes that occur in individuals from early adulthood to old age. This research aims to identify the main factors that influence psychological and social development at various phases of adult life, analyze the challenges faced by individuals, and formulate intervention strategies to support their well-being. With a qualitative approach based on literature analysis, this research utilizes developmental theories such as Erikson, Santrock, and Goleman to understand individual psychosocial and emotional dynamics. The results show that fulfillment of developmental tasks, such as economic independence and social involvement, is positively correlated with psychological well-being. Conversely, failure to fulfill these duties increases the risk of psychological disorders, such as depression and anxiety. This research suggests the importance of community and policy-based interventions to improve the quality of life of individuals across different phases of adulthood.
