Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pentingnya kemitraan antara orang tua dan guru sebagai solusi mencegah perilaku kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah. Isu perilaku kekerasan di sekolah memiliki dampak yang merugikan terhadap perkembangan siswa. Dalam upaya mencegahnya, pendekatan kemitraan yang melibatkan orang tua, guru, dan sekolah diungkapkan sebagai strategi yang efektif. Melalui pendekatan ini, pendidikan kesadaran, komunikasi terbuka, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, monitoring dan pengawasan bersama, intervensi dan dukungan holistik, serta model perilaku positif menjadi pilar-pilar utama dalam mencegah perilaku kekerasan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan yang erat antara orang tua dan guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk lingkungan belajar yang aman dan mendukung, serta membantu membentuk karakter dan moral siswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana kemitraan dapat menjadi solusi utama dalam mencegah perilaku kekerasan di sekolah, dengan tujuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif, berbudaya bagi perkembangan generasi muda.

Abstract

Era disrupsi teknologi membawa dampak besar terhadap berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan Islam di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia, pesantren dihadapkan pada tantangan besar untuk tetap relevan di tengah kemajuan teknologi, tanpa kehilangan jati diri dan nilai-nilai tradisionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peluang dan strategi adaptasi teknologi, khususnya pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) seperti ChatGPT, dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran kitab kuning dan metode klasik pesantren seperti sorogan dan bandongan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif berbasis studi kepustakaan, artikel ini menemukan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi secara moderat dan etis dapat memperkaya proses belajar santri, meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber-sumber keilmuan, dan mendukung kemandirian belajar. Namun, integrasi ini menuntut penguatan peran guru sebagai pengarah dan penjaga otoritas keilmuan, serta penanaman literasi digital yang kuat untuk mencegah ketergantungan dan distorsi makna. Pesantren perlu mengembangkan strategi adaptasi yang mengintegrasikan tradisi keilmuan dengan inovasi teknologi secara harmonis demi kelangsungan dan relevansi pendidikan Islam di era digital.

Abstract

Surah al-Ma’un is one of the chapters in the Qur’an that carries a strong social message, particularly in shaping a caring and compassionate character. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, the values contained in Surah al-Ma’un are highly relevant to be instilled in students from an early age in order to cultivate social awareness and concern for their surroundings. This study aims to examine the implementation of Surah al-Ma’un understanding in teaching and its impact on the development of students’ social character. The research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques conducted in several Islamic educational institutions. The results show that a deep understanding of the meanings in Surah al-Ma’un, especially the verses emphasizing the importance of feeding the poor and not neglecting orphans, can foster empathy, care, and a spirit of sharing among students. The integration of these values through habituation activities, thematic learning, and teacher role modeling plays a vital role in shaping students’ social character. Thus, Surah al-Ma’un is not only understood theoretically but also internalized through real-life actions in students' daily lives within Islamic education settings.

Abstract

The film My Name is Khan (2010) presents a powerful narrative about a Muslim man's struggle against discrimination in post-9/11 America. This study aims to explore the values of tolerance and peace embedded in the film and their relevance to the context of multicultural education. Using a qualitative content analysis method and a hermeneutic approach, this research identifies several core values such as respect for diversity, rejection of violence, interfaith empathy, and a commitment to truth and justice. These values are strongly embodied in the character of Rizwan Khan, an autistic Muslim who conveys a message of peace and compassion to all of humanity. The findings reveal that My Name is Khan can serve as an effective educational medium to reinforce character building, tolerance, and multiculturalism among students. The study suggests that educators can utilize films as a tool to instill humanistic values in the learning process.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of online game addiction among students presents a significant threat to their spiritual development and character formation. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in fostering students’ spiritual awareness as a preventive measure against the negative impact of online games. The research was conducted at SMK Al-Azhar Batam using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 3 PAI teachers and 30 students. The findings reveal that PAI teachers play a strategic role in developing students’ spiritual awareness through the integration of Qur’anic values, modeling good behavior, and routine religious practices. These efforts help strengthen students’ self-control and resilience against the temptation of online games. The study concludes that spiritual education delivered by PAI teachers effectively contributes to shaping students’ positive behavior and serves as a strong protective factor against digital distractions, particularly excessive gaming.
