Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the work environment on the loyalty of the Semarang Provincial Social Service. This research uses quantitative research approach with questionnaire method. The population in this study is the Social Rehabilitation and Social Empowerment division at the Central Java Provincial Social Service with a sample of 30 respondents from the two divisions. The sample for this study was selected using a random sampling procedure. By using SPSS 27.0 for Windows, data will be collected through questionnaires that have gone through Descriptive tests, Assumption Tests, Norma;itas Tests, Linearity Tests, Correlation Tests, and Regression Tests. Based on the results of all the tests mentioned above, the loyalty of employees of the Central Java Provincial Social Service is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment at the Central Java Provincial Office.

Abstract

The program "Education and Implementation of Household Composting System to Reduce Waste Generation in Kedungsuren Village" aims to increase community knowledge and skills in managing organic waste through composting. This activity was held on August 4, 2024, attended by 25 participants from PKK cadres. Through interactive counseling, compost demonstration, and distribution of educational brochures, participants showed a significant increase in understanding of the importance of organic waste management and the composting process. The program results showed that 85% of the participants felt more confident to implement composting practices in their homes, with 17 out of 25 participants understanding the correct way to make compost. Despite the success of this program, challenges such as limited composting tools and the need for more intensive mentoring still need to be addressed. Therefore, suggestions for increased availability of composting tools, continuous mentoring, further training, policy support, and program replication in other areas are needed to ensure the sustainability and long-term success of this program in reducing waste generation in Kedungsuren Village.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the creativity of elementary school students through ecoprint activities at SD 03 Kedungsuren and MI NU 58 Kedungsuren, Kaliwugu Selatan. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This research involved fourth grade students and was conducted through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection in a collaborative manner. This PAR method allows active involvement of students and teachers in learning to create a participatory and reflective environment. The results of this research show an increase in students' creativity in imagination, innovation, technical skills, as well as cooperation skills and appreciation of the environment. The findings provide positive implications for the development of environment-based creative learning methods, which can be used as a reference for other schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan manajemen penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pelayanan publik dan kepuasan jamaah. Menggunakan metode systematic literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai aspek manajemen, seperti rencana strategis, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan pelaksanaan umrah. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa reformulasi manajemen, pembinaan masyarakat terhadap syarat pelaksanaan ibadah, dan strategi pelayanan umrah di Agen Tour Travel dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Diperlukan perhatian khusus terhadap kekurangan dalam sistematisasi agenda di lapangan dan kurangnya pengetahuan jamaah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang efektivitas manajemen penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah, dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat, dan respons jamaah terhadap perubahan tersebut, yang dapat membimbing upaya peningkatan dalam penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah di Indonesia.
