Abstract

It is important to know the culture and society of rural and urban areas so that you can see the ties of friendship that the community has. Currently, the development that is carried out must be community-based or in other terms rural and urban areas include the presence of industry, but it is important to see how prepared the community is to accept the presence of industry. The most important thing is to change the work culture that exists in that place. The work culture of rural and urban communities experiences changes along with progress and success in entering the village. The economic system which initially depended on natural conditions and traditional technology will also experience changes with the presence of technological tools in culture. The impact of industry will also be the use of current technology in culture.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of educational administration, in this case, the learning device as an effort to increase Islamic education teacher professionalism at MTS MUHAMMADIYAH Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The aims are to analyze: 1) the state of educational administration made by the teacher; 2) the form of teacher professionalism; and 3) the contribution of educational administration in increasing teacher professionalism. The type of this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Informants in this research were teachers of Al-Qur’an-Hadis, teachers of Akidah Akhlak, teachers of Fikih, and teachers of Islamic Culture History (SKI) at MTS Muhammadiyah SeiRampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The results showed that the state of teacher education administration at MTS Muhammadiyah, Serdang Bedagai Regency was complete and was well applied in the learning process in the classroom. The form of teacher professionalism is carrying out duties, roles, and responsibilities as teachers well. The contributions of educational administration in developing teacher professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah, Serdang Bedagai Regency are five, namely: (1) time management, (2) class management, (3) stimulating to innovate, (4) stimulating to develop technical skills, (5) and the concept of transformation of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM) Masjid Al Ikhlas dalam meningkatkan kegiatan keagamaan remaja generasi Z di Dusun I Sei Bamban, Kecamatan Sei Bamban, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BKM memiliki peran signifikan melalui berbagai kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial seperti pengajian remaja, pelatihan ceramah, santunan anak yatim, serta lomba Islami yang bersifat interaktif dan kontekstual sesuai karakteristik generasi Z. Namun demikian, BKM juga menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan dana, rendahnya partisipasi remaja, serta minimnya dukungan dari keluarga dan institusi pendidikan. Berdasarkan perspektif Teori Peran Sosial, keberhasilan BKM dalam meningkatkan kegiatan keagamaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan lingkungan dan strategi pendekatan yang relevan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi strategi pembinaan berbasis teknologi, kolaborasi dengan organisasi kemasyarakatan, serta penciptaan lingkungan masjid yang inklusif untuk menarik minat dan keterlibatan remaja secara berkelanjutan
