Abstract

As an area adjacent to Surabaya of the provincial capital of East Java, Sukodono is certainly a densely populated area and the mobility of the population is very high, this fosters an entrepreneurial spirit for many residents there. MSMEs in Sukodono are very numerous and varied, for MSME activities in the food and beverage sector there are also very many so that the demand for guarantees for halal food products has become an important requirement there in accordance with law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal assurance. This community service activity aims to facilitate MSMEs engaged in food and beverage production to take care of halal certification as well as assist MSMEs in better business management, so that turnover and operating profits will increase. The method of this activity is carried out by lecturers assisted by FAI UMSIDA students, including initial assistance, implementation, mentoring and ongoing evaluation to obtain halal certification for SMEs

Abstract

This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to elucidate the process of implementing the Al-Ashri textbook in teaching Arabic to tenth-grade Multimedia students at SMK Pemuda Krian. The investigation encompasses three key phases: 1) Preparatory steps, involving student and classroom readiness, material preparation, and the adoption of an introductory mufradat learning strategy. 2) The learning process itself, where the teacher employs various techniques including the drilling method, sam'iah syafahiyah method, and qowaid wa tarjamah method, supplemented by the use of visual aids from the school environment. 3) Evaluation procedures, integrating formative and summative assessments. This research offers valuable insights into effective pedagogical strategies for Arabic language instruction, providing a framework for optimizing learning outcomes in similar educational settings. Highlight: The study delves into the implementation process of the Al-Ashri textbook for teaching Arabic to tenth-grade Multimedia students. It encompasses three vital phases: preparatory steps, diverse teaching techniques, and comprehensive evaluation methods. The research provides valuable insights for optimizing Arabic language instruction in similar educational contexts, emphasizing effective pedagogical strategies. Abstract

This study delves into the cognitive aspects of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) within the commands and instructions presented in Kitab Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik Volume 4A. Employing a qualitative library research method and content analysis, this investigation scrutinizes the instructional content of the book. Findings reveal that the book contains both HOTS-aligned instructions, encompassing skills such as analyzing, evaluating, and creating (C4, C5, C6), as well as non-HOTS instructions related to understanding and applying (C2, C3). The study underscores the importance of discerning and optimizing HOTS components in instructional materials, providing valuable insights for educators and curriculum developers in Arabic language education. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the concept of planning in Islamic educational management based on evidence from the Qur'an and Hadith. It seeks to explore its application in modern Islamic education systems to enhance effectiveness, systematic implementation, and alignment with the primary objectives of Islamic education—producing generations with faith, knowledge, and noble characte. Method: The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing content analysis of relevant Qur'anic verses and Hadith. The study highlights key principles and practices of planning derived from Islamic teachings and their strategic application in the context of contemporary Islamic educational management. Results: Findings reveal that Islamic planning is deeply rooted in the Qur'an and Hadith, emphasizing strategic, anticipatory thinking and systematic steps to achieve educational objectives aligned with sharia principles. For instance, Qur'an Surah Al-Hasyr (59:18) underscores the importance of foresight and preparation. The Prophet Muhammad SAW demonstrated planning practices in his strategies for da'wah and community education management, which remain relevant in addressing modern educational challenges. Novelty: This study uniquely integrates classical Islamic texts with modern educational management principles, providing a systematic framework for implementing Islamic values in contemporary educational planning. It contributes to a deeper understanding of how Islamic teachings can enhance the strategic and operational effectiveness of modern Islamic education systems.
