Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is a hallmark of the 4.0 revolution. The two main issues in Indonesia are infrastructure that needs to be equipped with technology and intelligence-based curriculum integrated with business and industry programs, and lecturers as educators who do not want to use and develop AI technology in applying guided learning models. This research aims to create a learning model based on AI that will help college students develop their talents while maintaining the Pancasila principles in the age of digitization. This study contains four stages: data collection, data analysis, research analysis outcomes, and validation of research analysis results. This research developed an AI-based learning model for use in higher education consisting of four dimensions: input, process, output, and outcome. The input dimension includes components such as students, lecturers, organizations, and infrastructure ready to adopt AI-based learning models. The process dimension consists of the elements that influence the operation of the AI-based learning model system and the functionality provided by the learning model. The output dimension includes characteristics that may be directly measured and process feedback. Finally, the outcome comprises the predicted outputs from the AI-based learning model.

Abstract

Slow learners (SL) often face challenges in academic and social adaptation, thus requiring structured psychosocial support. This study aims to analyze the implementation of psychosocial support for SL at SDN Pisangan Timur 11 Jakarta Timur. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussion (FGD) involving teachers, parents, and students. The findings indicate that psychosocial support at SDN Pisangan Timur 11 comprises three dimensions: emotional, support, instructional support, and social support. Emotional support, such as motivation and praise, helps enhance SL’s self-confidence. Instructional support involves adjusting instructions, repetition, and strategic seating arrangements. Social support is facilitated through peer tutoring, which effectively improves SL’s academic understanding and social adaptation. Challenges include limited focus, high dependency on teachers and peers, and insufficient teacher training. This study highlights the novel finding that peer tutors can serve as a strategic element in supporting SL in inclusive education setting.Keywords: slow learners, psychosocial support, inclusive education, peer tutoring, instructional strategies

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menganalisis perencanaan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 2) Menganalisis pengelolaan Segitiga Restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 3) Menganalisis pelaksanaan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 4) Menganalisis pengawasan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan segitiga restitusi melalui sosialisasi kepada guru dan stake holder, memberikan pemahamaman tujuan dan prinsip-prinsip dasar dari segitiga restitusi, guru mengikuti lokakarya. (2) Pengawasan melalui supervisi terhadap segitiga restitusi serta pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari manajemen segitiga restitusi yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan, pengelolaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang sistematis berhasil diterapkan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMPIT Teuku Umar berada pada tahap pengembangan yang sangat baik dalam penerapan Segitiga Restitusi.
