Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions. This type of research is a literature study with the characteristics that the research deals directly with text/scripts or numbers, the data is ready-to-use, library data is generally a secondary source and the process is not limited by space and time. The results obtained show that the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions is an important matter to be carried out and regulated in order to achieve the objectives of existing education. Implementation of the 2013 curriculum, must refer to the process and evaluation of learning outcomes according to existing guidelines. The problem that arises is that teachers feel that the new regulations regarding the assessment system are very complex, because they use a variety of different assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes. Teacher competence must be increased and must be able to adjust to the implementation rules of the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

The metal casting process is the process of pouring molten metal produced from melting into a mold at the melting temperature of the metal. Aluminum casting is generally done by the Sand Casting method, using a sand mold. Aluminum itself is a metal that is often used for various purposes, ranging from household appliances, construction, to automotive components and various other applications. This study focuses on the design and manufacture of aluminum trellis ornament molds, which are intended to improve production efficiency and the quality of the final product. The data processing method used in this study is the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) method. From the results of the analysis carried out through the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) analysis method that has been applied, it can be concluded that the stress distribution in the trellis ornament mold increases significantly with an increase in load from 50kg to 150kg. The results of the study also show that the mold is able to withstand loads of up to 150kg with tension and exceeding that which is within the safe limit. From the results of this study, it is recommended to make recommendations for improvements including the use of alternative materials with higher strength, redesigning the geometry of the mold to reduce stress concentration, and optimizing the process. Therefore, the results of this research are expected to be used in the future as a reference or literature to increase insight into the development of stronger and more efficient aluminum trellis ornament molds.

Abstract

Maraknya perkembangan coffe shop di Indonesia serta populernya kopi beberapa tahun terakhir ini, telah menciptakan tren di kalangan anak muda, terutama mahasiswa, untuk menciptakan budaya minum kopi yang senantiasa dilakukan, sehingga secara tidak langsung kopi mengubah cara hidup, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan coffee shop sebagai salah satu tempat untuk meningkatkan status sosial mereka dilingkungan sebayanya. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument dan alat dalam pengumpulan data nya. Penggunaan kuesioner menggunakan format Google form yang berupa pernyataan pernyataan (indikator) variable x dan variable y. Hasi keseluruhan dari uji instrument, Regresi, Koefisien dll menyatakan bahwa di penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh antara Coffe Shop (Variabel X) terhadap Life Style (Variabel Y). Pengaruh tersebut tentu nya memiliki dampak yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa. Pengaruh coffe shop terhadap mahasiswa dapat dianalisi melalui berbagai aspek. Keberadaan coffe shop itu sendiri seringkali mempengaruhi cara mahasiswa itu bersosialisasi, memilih tempat belajar, serta kebiasaan mereka dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh coffe shop terhadap life style mahasiswa aktif Yogyakarta. Hasil ini berdasarkan dari perhitungan uji hipotesis pengaruh diperoleh hasil pengaruh coffe shop terhadap life style mahasiswa aktif Yogyakarta.
