Abstract

The failure of education in shaping character is often caused by social, economic, political, cultural, religious, and moral inequalities, resulting in social disharmony. This study aims to determine the relationship between religion, culture, and education. This type of research is qualitative research through a literature study approach with analytical techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and descriptive data conclusions from various literature. The object of this study is religion and culture, including definitions, types, elements and relationships between religion and culture. While the subject of this research is educational institutions in Indonesia in multicultural education through various literature. The results of this study show that religion and culture have important values in education. Each has a strong relationship with education. Thus, the implications of this study are expected that Indonesian people realize the importance of religion in education because it is able to strengthen faith, creed, and morals. The importance of culture in education makes humans have life guidelines and obey norms or rules. This research can also increase awareness and appreciation of religious and cultural diversity among students, teachers, and other education stakeholders.

Abstract

  Di zaman seperti sekarang ini perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat. Jika tidak didasari dengan pondasi agama yang kuat maka akan menghasilkan sesuatu yang tidak diharapkan bahkan dapat bertentangan dengan agama. Contohnya adalah belakangan ini ada penemuan ilmiah barat yang menyatakan bahwa alam semesta terjadi begitu saja tanpa adanya proses penciptaan. Ini jelas bertentangan dengan salah satu kemukjizatan Al-Qur’an yaitu dari segi ilmiah bahwa alam semesta terjadi melalui suatu proses atas kehendak Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala. Untuk mengantisipasi hal demikian berulang kembali maka penulis berusaha memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat memahami  mukjizat Al-Qur’an dari segi ilmiahnya melalui artikel penelitian ini. Secara garis besar ada dua pokok bahasan dalam artikel penelitian ini, pembahasan pertama mengenai mukjizat Al-Qur’an secara umum dan pembahasan kedua secara khusus mengenai mukjizat ilmiah Al-Qur’an. Maka dengan adanya artikel penelitian ini, terjadi kesesuaian antara agama Islam dengan perkembangan IPTEK saat ini, serta sebagai pembantah konsep penemuan barat tersebut. Abstract In this era, the development of technology is very fast. If it is not based on a strong religious foundation, it will produce something that is not expected and can even conflict with religion. An example is that recently there has been a western scientific discovery which states that the universe just happened without any creation process. This clearly contradicts one of the miracles of the Qur'an, namely from a scientific point of view that the universe came about through a process by the will of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. To anticipate this happening again, the author tries to provide insight to the public to be able to understand the miracles of the Qur'an from a scientific point of view through this research article. Broadly speaking there are two main points of discussion in this research article, the first discussion regarding the miracles of the Al-Qur'an in general and the second discussion specifically regarding the scientific miracles of the Qur'an. So with this research article, there is compatibility between Islam and the current developments in science and technology, as well as being a rebuttal to the concept of western invention.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji kata khauf, wajal dan rahaba yang diartikan dengan rasa takut. Data yang digunakan menggunakan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang terdapat ketiga lafaz tersebut dan menggunakan penafsiran kitab Al-Munīr karya Wahbah az-Zuhaili dan kitab Fathul Qodīr karya asy-Syaukani. Penulis meneliti Bagaimana penafsiran asy-Syaukani dan Wahbah az-Zuhaili dalam kitab tafsirnya terhadap kata khauf, wajal dan rahaba dan bagaimana perbedaan dan persamaan kata-kata tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah penelitian perpustakaan (library reasearch) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kata khauf adalah rasa takut yang dimiliki semua orang yang beriman, dan rasa takut akan terjadi bahaya yang menipa diri sendiri atau orang lain. Wajal adalah terjadinya rasa takut terhadap Allah SWT, ketika mengingatnya. Hal ini merupakakan kondisi orang-orang yang memiliki iman yang sempurna dan ikhlas semata-mata karena Allah SWT. Ar-Rahaba adalah perintah untuk merasa takut yang dibarengi dengan ancaman.  Persamaan ketiga kata tersebut adalah bahwasanya sama-sama bentuk ketaatan kepada Allah SWT. Perbedaan mendasar lafaz khauf, wajal dan rahaba adalah dari segi subjek dan objek yang digunakan di dalam Al-Qur’an. Abstract   In this research, the researcher examines the words "khauf," "wajal," and "rahaba," which are interpreted as fear. The data used in this study are verses from the Qur'an that contain these three words, along with interpretations from the book "at-Tafsīr al-Munīr" by Wahbah az-Zuhailī and the book "Fathul Qodīr" by asy-Syaukānī. The author investigates how the interpretations of asy-Syaukānī and Wahbah az-Zuhailī in their exegeses relate to the words "khauf," "wajal," and "rahaba," and how these words differ and share similarities. The research method employed in this study is library research using descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that "khauf" is the fear possessed by all believers, a fear of potential harm to oneself or others. "Wajal" is the occurrence of fear of Allah SWT when remembering Him. This condition characterizes individuals with perfect faith and sincerity solely for the sake of Allah SWT. "Ar-Rahaba" is a command to feel fear accompanied by a threat. The commonality among these three words is that they all represent forms of obedience to Allah SWT. The fundamental difference between the terms "khauf," "wajal," and "rahaba" lies in the subjects and objects used in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Melalui ilmu wujūh wa naẓāir, beragam term atau lafaz dalam Al-Qur’an yang diartikan sama dalam bahasa lain bisa dipahami lebih baik perbedaan maknanya. Penyakit dalam Al-Qur’an diwakili beberapa term atau lafaz yaitu marad, saqam, alam, durr, dan nusb. Dari term tersebut, hanya dua term yang dapat dikaji melalui al-wujuh wa an-nazair yaitu term marad dan durr. Penyakit disebutkan dengan term durr hanya sebagai salah satu bentuk wujuhnya dari enam wujūh. Adapun term maraḍ, keempat wujūhnya merupakan macam-macam penyakit. Penelitian term marad dalam perspektif wujūh wa nażāir belum ditemukan, sehingga menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan 8 ayat yang telah mewakili makna dari setiap wujūh maraḍ dari 23 ayat yang mengandung empat wujūh maraḍ. Dari delapan ayat tersebut, penulis mencari tafsiran setiap ayatnya, lalu menganilisisnya sehingga bisa mendapatkan jawaban dari makna-makna maraḍ dengan kajian al-wujūh wa an-naẓāir. Metode yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode tematik (mauḍu’i). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wujūh dari maraḍ ada empat. Maraḍ bermakna keraguan, kefajiran (kemesuman), luka, dan penyakit tubuh. Dari delapan ayat tersebut, dua ayat bermakna keraguan, dua ayat bermakna kefajiran (kemesuman), dua ayat bermakna luka dan dua ayat lainnya bermakna penyakit tubuh. Hubungan dari empat makna yaitu, keraguan dan kefajiran (kemesuman) termasuk penyakit hati yang keduanya merupakan ciri-ciri orang munafik, sedangkan luka dan penyakit tubuh termasuk penyakit jasmani. Adanya penyakit hati bisa menjadi salah satu sebab munculnya penyakit jasmani. Abstract Through the science of wujūh and naẓāir, the various terms or words in the Qur'an that are translated similarly in other languages can be better understood in terms of their nuanced differences. In the Qur'an, the concept of illness is represented by several terms or words: marad, saqam, alam, durr, and nusb. Of these terms, only two can be examined through the lens of wujūh wa an-naẓāir, specifically marad and durr. The term durr is mentioned in the Qur'an in the context of illness as one of its six wujūh. In contrast, the term maraḍ has four wujūh, all of which pertain to different types of illnesses. Research into the term marad from the perspective of wujūh wa naẓāir has yet to be conducted, making it an intriguing subject for investigation. This study utilizes eight verses that represent the meanings of each wujūh of maraḍ, selected from the 23 verses containing the four wujūh of maraḍ. The researcher seeks to interpret each of these eight verses and analyze them to elucidate the meanings of maraḍ through the study of wujūh wa an-naẓāir. The methodology employed is the thematic (mauḍu’i) method. The findings of this research indicate that there are four wujūh of maraḍ. Maraḍ signifies doubt, wickedness (immorality), wound, and physical illness. Among the eight verses, two imply doubt, two imply wickedness (immorality), two imply wounds, and the remaining two imply physical illness. The relationship among these four meanings is as follows: doubt and wickedness (immorality) fall under the category of heart diseases, both of which are characteristic of hypocrites, whereas wounds and physical illness fall under physical diseases. The presence of heart disease can potentially lead to the emergence of physical illness.

Abstract

Catastrophe is a certainty that not only muslims will experience it but others will take a turn. But for a Muslim to have to respond to every disaster he experiences with the glasses of Islam, and Islam has given the various solutions in his book, either by being patient and yielding or just called a laugh. Patience and benevolence depend on a Muslim for trials, as they contain goodness and motivation to always think positively of the requirements of god and to live their lives in spite of the tragedies that beset him. In surah al-Baqarah/2 : 156-157 is the cornerstone of the solution. The writer will examine how the concept of patience and benevolence should be applied to a Muslim In the face of a test. By doing extensive interpretation research and related articles, the writer has concluded that patience and psychology must be in accordance with the islamic concept in order to endure the tragedies successfully and to keep receiving the rewards god has promised in the letter al-baqarah. Abstrak Musibah merupakan suatu ketentuan yang pasti terjadi, bukan hanya muslim saja yang akan mengalaminya tetapi selainnya pun akan mendapat giliran. Tetapi bagi seorang muslim haruslah menanggapi setiap musibah yang dia alami dengan kaca mata islam, dan islam pun telah memberikan berbagai solusi didalam kitabnya yaitu adalah dengan sabar dan berserah diri atau bisa disebut dengan tawakal. Sabar dan tawakal menjadi sandaran bagi seorang muslim untuk menghadapi berbagai ujian, karena di dalamnya mengandung kebaikan dan motivasi untuk selalu berfikiran positif terhadap ketentuan Allah dan agar bisa menjalani hidup sebagaimana mestinya walaupun musibah sedang menimpanya. Surat al-Baqarah/2: 156-157 menjadi landasan dalil akan solusi tersebut. Penulis akan meneliti bagaimana konsep sabar dan tawakal yang seharusnya diterapkan seorang muslim dalam menghadapi ujian. Dengan melakukan berbagai riset tafsir-tafsir dan artikel-artikel yang berkaitan, penulis pun menyimpulkan bahwa sabar dan tawakal haruslah sesuai dengan konsep islam agar bisa menjalani musibah dengan tabah dan agar tetap mendapatkan ganjaran yang telah dijanjikan oleh Allah pada surat al-Baqarah tersebut.

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad SAW. in the beginning it was misguided before being given guidance by Allah, the missionary view was a mistake in understanding the nature of iḍlāl. As with an opinion which says that humans do evil because Allah is misled, then Allah has done wrong to his servants. This research is expected to be able to explain the nature of ilāl according to Ibn Kaṡīr and be able to explain the verses of rebuttal to people who misunderstand the nature of ilāl. This research uses the character research model methodology outlined by Dr. Abdul Mustaqim. The results of this study found that: First, the essence of iḍlāl according to Ibn Kaṡīr is that they are misled by Allah not because Allah alone is misleading. Second, rebuttals against people who misunderstand the nature of iḍlāl. In Ibn Kaṡīr's commentary, explaining and interpreting these verses by means of interpretation; 1) tahlili interpretation, 2) bil-Ma'ṡur interpretation. Abstrak Nabi Muhammad saw. pada awalnya adalah sesat sebelum diberi hidayah oleh Allah, pandangan misionaris tersebut adalah sebuah kesalahan dalam memahami tentang hakikat iḍlāl. Seperti halnya sebuah pendapat yang mengatakan bahwa manusia berbuat jahat karena disesatkan Allah, maka Allah telah berbuat zalim kepada hambanya. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjelaskan hakikat iḍlāl menurut Ibn Kaṡīr serta mampu menjelaskan ayat-ayat bantahan terhadap orang yang salah memahami hakikat iḍlāl tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi model penelitian tokoh yang digariskan oleh Dr. Abdul Mustaqim. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: Pertama, hakikat iḍlāl menurut Ibn Kaṡīr adalah mereka disesatkan Allah bukan karena Allah semata yang menyesatkan. Kedua, bantahan-bantahan terhadap orang yang salah memahami hakikat iḍlāl. Dalam tafsir Ibn Kaṡīr, menjelaskan dan menafsirkan ayat-ayat tersebut dengan cara penafsiran; 1) tafsir tahlili, 2) tafsir bil-Ma’ṡur.

Abstract

The Qur’an is a very complete guide for human life for daily needs, especially the problem of being firm in the heart in faith, so as not to slip into the slander that is very much at the end of this era. In the Qur’an there are many verses related to the firmness of the heart in faith. The word abât in the Qur’an is repeated 18 times in 11 surahs with various derivations. Then from these many verses the author only takes the abât verses that are related to the issue of being firm in faith. The results of this study note that the concept of abât in Ibn Kaṡîr’s perspective has eight forms, namely in the form of orders, prohibitions, praise, reproaches, suggestions and motivations, threats, stories, and examples. Several factors so that a person can be said to have had the nature of abât including being sincere because of Allah Ta’âlâ, doing good deeds, being aware of the blessings of Allah Ta’âlâ, praying, reading and practicing the contents of the Qur’an, contemplating the signs the power of Allah, help Allah Ta’âlâ, and listen to the stories of the previous pious people.
