Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio lancar, perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap laba bersih, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Semen Gersik, Indocement dan Holcim yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2010 s/d 2012. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari data sekunder. Data penelitian diolah dengan analisa statistik dengan uji: uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi liniear berganda, uji t dan uji koefisien analisis determinasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program komputer Eviews versi 7. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, seperti tidak ada multikolinearitas, tidak ada autokorelasi, tidak ada heteroskedastisitas dan didistribusikan secara normal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio lancar, perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Inflasi, dan Kurs terhadap harga saham secara simultan dan secara parsial. Masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dan secara parsial antara Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Inflasi, dan Kurs terhadap Harga Saham PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF)”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis yaitu secara simultan (uji-F) dan secara parsial (uji-t) dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Pengolahan data menggunakan program komputer Eviews versi 7.0. Data yang digunakan adalah data bulanan dari Januari 2009 sampai Desember 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua variabel independent berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham KLBF hasil secara simultan (uji-F), hal ini ditunjukan dengan Fhitung (480.4015) > Ftabel (2.77) sedangkan hasil parsial (uji-t) menunjukan bahwa variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF yaitu sesuai dengan thitung (22.50410) > ttabel (2.000). Hasil Parsial variabel Inflasi juga signifikan mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF yaitu sesuai dengan thitung (2.010792) > ttabel (2.000), dan hasil parsial variabel Kurs juga signifikan mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF yaitu sesuai dengan thitung (7.824977) > ttabel (2.000). Kemudian hasil uji determinasi (R-Square) adalah sebesar 0.962597 yang berarti variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Inflasi, dan Kurs mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF sebesar 96.25%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa walaupun banyak faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF, tetapi faktor Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Inflasidan Kurs merupakan tiga faktor yang sangat kuat mempengaruhi Harga Saham KLBF sedangkan faktor- faktor lain hanya 3,75%.

Abstract

Covid-19 created a distinct pattern in Indonesian product marketing, namely shopping through online stores. This pattern then changed consumer habits in selecting, having interest in, and purchasing goods, as well as for business actors in promoting their products. The purposed of this study was to identify and analyze the extent to which digital marketing strategies affect customer loyalty in the post-pandemic Covid-19 era during the period of 2022 to 2024. The method used in this research was associative quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). This approach aimed to determine both the simultaneous and partial effects of each variable, with a sample of 200 respondents. The resulted of this study, based on multiple linear regression and ANOVA analysis, showed that the three independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on customer loyalty, with an R Square value of 0.464, meaning that 46.4% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by this model. The ANOVA test produced a significance value of 0.000, confirming that the overall regression model is significant. Partially, the three independent variables—personalization, social media engagement, and customer experience—were found to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, customer loyalty. The conclusion drawn from this study is that digital marketing strategies based on personalization, social media interaction, and digital experience are proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

In the competitive era of globalization, organizations are required to continuously adapt and innovate, where the quality of human resources is a key factor for success. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at Mohammad Husni Thamrin University. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The study population was 182 permanent employees, with a sample of 33 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 16% error rate. Data collection techniques were carried out through distributing questionnaires with Google From, while data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Organizational culture is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. While simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style and strengthening a positive organizational culture in improving human resource performance in higher education environments. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of Mohammad Husni Thamrin University in designing strategies to improve employee performance, as well as become a theoretical reference in human resource management studies, particularly regarding the role of leadership and organizational culture.
