Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation, the existence of children is very important because the child is a potential fate of the nation as well as a mirror attitude of life of the nation in the future. A child who is a superior seed and has the widest hope to prepare for his future as a milestone of success of a nation in the future should not fall in the world of evil. It is unfortunate that children at an early age have been involved in criminal offenses and past their youth behind bars, increasingly contaminated with other inmates. This research was empirical legal research, that is the research on the provisions of the legislation in the national law concerning restorative approach in the imposition of action sanctions against children in conflict with law in order to keep children away from imprisonment and negative stigma in society . Addressing the issue of a child in conflict with the law should be done in a familial approach and avoiding children from prison as much as possible. The sanction of action for the child contained in Article 82 of Law Number 11 of 2012 on Criminal Justice System for Children expected to prevent the child from the negative stigma in society and keep the children from bad effects of prison. Thus the current restorative model of punishment is more applicable in handling child offenders. It is expected that law enforcement officers to pay attention to the provisions of the rules that apply to children in conflict with the law in terms of imposition of more sanctions toward education and character development of children so that the threat of imprisonment becomes the last alternative in imposing sanctions for children

Abstract

Petty cash has a vital part in the exercises/functional exercises of the organization. Trivial money is typically utilized in overseeing generally little ostensible exchanges that happen each day. The object of this exploration is CV. Mulia Frozindo, which is one of the companies engaged in the design, supply, install, and maintenance of frozen facilities/coolants. In cash management and accounting records, especially for petty cash funds in CV. Mulia Frozindo is still handled by one section, namely the admin section. With so much transaction data that occurs, if the information assortment is done physically, a ton of time is squandered on monetary information handling in light of the fact that there are numerous stages that should be finished. The resulting information isn't really exact and proper. That way the web accounting application has been created to make it easier to make decisions on the business being run. The use of web accounting applications is very efficient and effective for an entrepreneur in running his business. Financial data processing, which only inputs transaction data, can produce the desired reports for decision making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Pada Perusahaan Retail (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, PT. Matahari Departemen Store Tbk Dan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia LPPF periode Tahun 2017-2022) (2) Untuk mengetahui secara parsial Return On Equity (ROE) pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Pada Perusahaan Retail (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, PT. Matahari Departemen Store Tbk Dan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia LPPF periode Tahun 2017-2022). (3) Untuk mengetahui secara simultan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Retail (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, PT. Matahari Departemen Store Tbk Dan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia LPPF periode Tahun 2017-2022. Teknik Analisi data dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan, pemilihan model dengan pengujian Uji Chow, Uji Hausman dan Uji LM (Legrange Multiplier), Asumsi klasik dan regresi liner berganda dan uji hipotesis uji T. Tujuan dari pengujian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga saham pada perusahan reatail tahun periode 2017-2022 di Indonesia dengan melalui pengolahan data Eviews 12. Hasil uji T variabel Return On Asset (ROA), Harga dan Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahan Ritel. Uji F menunjukkan ketiga variabel secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpegaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahan Ritel. Dan dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 0,519741, maka variable independen ROA dan ROE sebesar 51% sedangkan selesinya 49% dapat di jelaskan oleh Variabel lain di luar Variabel yang di pilih.

Abstract

The role of teachers in implementing learning strategies is crucial to meeting the diverse learning needs of students. Since each student differs in terms of character, interests, readiness, and learning styles, teachers are required to create flexible and adaptive learning experiences. The aim of this study is to describe various strategies employed by teachers to adjust learning processes to meet students' individual needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, combining literature studies and direct field observations to obtain in-depth information. The findings show that strategies such as differentiated instruction, the use of diverse learning media, and the application of a humanistic approach are effective methods for creating an inclusive and meaningful learning process. These approaches can increase student engagement, stimulate creativity, and help achieve learning objectives optimally. Thus, the teacher's ability to select and apply the right strategies becomes a key factor in supporting students' academic development and character formation.

Abstract

This training activity on application development using the Thunkable platform was designed to enhance digital literacy, logical thinking skills, and strengthen the character of adolescents through a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach. In today’s digital age, digital literacy is an essential competency, and equipping young people with the ability to create meaningful technology empowers them to be not just users but also creators of impactful digital solutions. The training took place on May 17, 2025, at a member’s house from the GKI Kasih congregation in Perumnas, Sorong. It was attended by 20 participants aged between 12 and 17 years. The choice of a familiar and friendly setting was intended to create a comfortable and collaborative learning environment. The training materials were structured step-by-step, starting with an introduction to the Thunkable platform, user interface (UI) design, navigation logic development using visual block programming, and culminating in group presentations and reflections on the final projects. The project theme chosen for the training was "Prophets as Role Models," aimed at integrating spiritual values and character development into an educational digital application. Through this project, participants not only gained technical skills but also reflected on the moral and inspirational values of prophetic figures in the Christian faith. Evaluation results showed that the training had a significant positive impact. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of app development concepts, were able to explain their project workflows and features, and showed high levels of enthusiasm and creativity throughout the process. Furthermore, character values such as teamwork, responsibility, and a strong learning spirit were fostered. This initiative serves as a concrete example of how technology-based education can be effectively combined with character formation. It also provides a replicable training model for other communities, particularly for church-based youth development programs that aim to nurture digitally literate and morally grounded future generations.

Abstract

In the competitive era of globalization, organizations are required to continuously adapt and innovate, where the quality of human resources is a key factor for success. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at Mohammad Husni Thamrin University. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The study population was 182 permanent employees, with a sample of 33 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 16% error rate. Data collection techniques were carried out through distributing questionnaires with Google From, while data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Organizational culture is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. While simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style and strengthening a positive organizational culture in improving human resource performance in higher education environments. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of Mohammad Husni Thamrin University in designing strategies to improve employee performance, as well as become a theoretical reference in human resource management studies, particularly regarding the role of leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have enabled rapid development in internet-based services, including online food ordering applications. This growth demands efficient data management and analysis systems to improve user experience and operational performance. This research focuses on developing an optimal online food ordering dashboard using Looker and JavaScript. Research methods include needs identification, literature study, needs analysis, design, and implementation. The research results show that the dashboard developed is able to manage and analyze order data effectively, identify trends, predict customer needs, and increase operational efficiency. This dashboard visualizes important information such as number of orders based on age, gender, income, as well as customer behavior analysis. In doing so, service providers can gain better insight into consumer behavior and ordering trends, supporting more informed and strategic decision making. The results of this study contribute to the literature on the use of data visualization technologies in the online food service sector.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between self-control and celebrity worship in early adult women who are K-Pop fans. Korean popular music culture, or better known as 'K-pop' has become a phenomenon that is able to attract many fans or what is also commonly called 'fans' or fans from all over the world, including Indonesia. Contrary to the perception that develops in society, the behavior of K-Pop fans in expressing love for idols is often considered excessive and considered too extreme, so that K-Pop fans are often considered obsessive, possessive, and even delusional. The higher the level of addiction to a person to a celebrity, the higher the level of a person's worship and the higher the level of involvement with the idol. The absence of self-control will cause individual difficulties in thinking about the impact of all behaviors that have been done. This study uses a quantitative approach and the determination of the sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 200 people taken from the female population aged 20-30 years and K-Pop fans in Yoyakarta with the number of samples considered to be representative of the existing population. The population in this study is women aged 20-30 years and K-Pop fans in Yoyakarta. Based on the analysis of the hypothesis test carried out, it was shown that the significant value of P = 0.029 > 0.05, the result was obtained that there was no negative relationship between self-control and celebrity worship behavior and it is known that the R Square value is 0.003 or equal to 3% so that it can be interpreted that the independent variable, namely celebrity worship, affects the bound variable, namely self-control with the possibility that it occurs only 3% because it is influenced by other factors.
