Abstract

Dinas Ketenagakerjaan as one of work units of the medan city regional apparatus that carries out government authority inThe field of employment in the Kota medan. Dinas Ketenagakerjaan is an agency that is developing which is inseparable from problems of career developmend and work motivation for employees which causes a decrease in imployee performance. Career development and work motivation are factors that can increase and decrease employee performance, this study aims to determine whether the influence of career development and work motivation affects employee performance in Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan. The author also limits this research so that it is limited to a employee who are already civil servants. The population of this study is 58 respondents, the data anlysis method used is multiple linear regression, parsial test (t), simultaneous test (F) and test of the cpfficient of determination (R2) From research it is known that career development with a significant value of 0,041 < 0,05 it a value result thitug 2.089 > ttabel 1,673, it can be concluded partially that career devloment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation with significant value 0,041 < 0,05 it a value result thitug 4,299 > ttabel 1,673 it can be concluded partially that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. When seen from the results of the F test where the value is significant 0,000<0,05 with value results Fhitung (19,333) < Ftabel (3,165) it can be concluded that career development and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance The test results of the coefficient of determination in this study obtained a value R2 as big 0,413. This shows that employee performance is influenced by career development and work mitivation 54,9 % whilw the rest 45,1% influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan Riset ini ialah Sebagai bahan masukan dan referensi bagi pimpinan industri mengenai kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode Riset ini ialah Adapun tipe informasi yang dipakai dalam riset ini ialah informasi pokok. Informasi pokok ialah sumber informasi riset yang didapat dengan cara langsung dari sumber aslinya yang berbentuk tanya jawab, opini dari manusia ataupun golongan( manusia) ataupun hasil pemantauan dari sesuatu subjek. Riset ini dilakukan di PT. Sang Hyang Seri Medan di Jl. S. Parman no 75 Medan Sumatera Utara. Sedangkan waktu Riset diperkirakan dimulai pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2023. Populasi dalam Riset ini ialah 30 manusia pegawai di PT Sang Hyang Seri Medan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Riset populasi dengan responden sebanyak 30 manusia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam Riset ini sebanyak 30 manusia pegawai. Hasil Riset ini ialah Nilai konstanta sebesar 18,476 dapat di artikan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja (X1 dan X2) akan tetap bernilai 18,467%. Hasil Uji t (Uji Parsial) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (-4,401 > 2,052) artinya variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak. Hasil Uji t (Uji Parsial) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,338 > 2,052) artinya variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, maka Ho diterima dan H1 diterima. Hasil Uji Simultan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (37,925 > 3,34) artinya variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil Uji Determinasi di peroleh nilai determinan (R2) sebesar 0,718 atau 71,8% artinya variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan sisa nya 28% di pengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak di jelaskan dalam Riset ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Climate on Work Enthusiasm at the Medan City Umkm Cooperative Service. The test method used is sampling testing, the number of tests in this review is 35 respondents taken from the population. seen from the F test obtained Tcount 14.405 > Ftable 3.285 with sig 0.000 <α 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is recognized, which means job satisfaction and work climate together have a significant effect on the variable morale. Judging from the results of the t test, it is very clear that the tcount of the morale variable is 3.181 greater than the Ftable of 1.692 with a possible t of 0.003 which means it is more significant by 0.05 on the morale variable. the variable of job satisfaction is seen from the variable of work enthusiasm. on the work climate variable, a tcount of 4.363 is greater than a ttable of 1.692 with a probability of sig 0.000 which is imperfect with the furthest level of importance reaching 0.05, so that the work climate variable is more or less seen from the work spirit variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained means 0.441, this figure indicates that 44.1% of morale (reliable variable) can be explained by job satisfaction and work climate.
