Abstract

This activities was entitled Education and Training to Build Creativity and Independence of SMKN 1 IDI. The purpose of this service is to provide direction and guidance to SMKN 1 IDI, in terms of developing creativity and independence in order to develop their potential. The method of implementing this service is carried out in several stages, namely. 1) Preliminary stages; This stage includes field survey activities and relationships with the object of the service location as well as the preparation of activity designs and outputs from these activities. 2) Socialization Stages; in this stage the team that has compiled and formed the program design then submits it to the school and the implementation and the specified outputs. 3) Stages of implementation; this stage is the implementation of the activity design that has been determined. The conclusion of this service is that students are enthusiastic about carrying out activities that are in self-development so as to generate creativity and independence which ultimately leads to entrepreneurship. The hope of this service activity is that it can open students' insights so that they can further develop themselves, especially in terms of creativity and learning independence. So that it will be able to have an impact both in the family environment, school or community environment in general

Abstract

Emotional intelligence education is education to be able to recognize. Expressing and managing emotions, both their own emotions and the emotions of others. With constructive actions, which promote cooperation as a Team that refers to productivity and not to conflict. In this research the author explains the teacher's strategy in educating students' emotional intelligence. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies teachers use in educating students' emotional intelligence at Jaya Langsa High School and to find out the obstacles faced by teachers in educating students' emotional intelligence at Jaya Langsa High School. The research method for this research is descriptive, namely a study that discusses current problems using library research and field research, namely by observing interviews and questionnaires with a sample of 45 students at Jaya Langsa High School and the school principal and teachers. Based on the research results, a conclusion can be drawn that the teacher's strategy in educating students' emotional intelligence at Jaya Langsa High School is in the form of establishing discipline. Providing package books containing emotional intelligence and the implementation of extracurricular activities in the form of emotional mental strengthening through Scout activities and these activities take place together with teaching and learning process activities. through implementing special strategies by providing teaching guidance to teachers and creating special activities outside of school. The obstacles faced by teachers in implementing strategies for educating students' emotional intelligence are teachers' lack of understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence, teachers' lack of knowledge about specific strategies in educating students' emotional intelligence, and lack of media to help teachers to educate students' emotional intelligence, so it is hoped that Teachers should be able to deepen their knowledge of emotional intelligence in order to produce students who are not only intellectually intelligent but also emotionally intelligent.

Abstract

The training on filling the Lecturer Performance Load (BKD) through the SISTER Application within the Nusantara Academy of Finance and Banking aims to improve lecturers' understanding and ability to report their academic performance accurately and on time. BKD is an important instrument in assessing lecturer productivity in accordance with the duties and functions of the tridharma of higher education. The SISTER application developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) facilitates online BKD reporting. However, many lecturers face obstacles in operating this application, thus requiring special assistance. Through this training, participants are equipped with practical knowledge about the procedures for filling out BKD in accordance with applicable standards, utilizing features in the application, and solving common problems that are often encountered. The results of this activity are expected to improve the efficiency and quality of lecturer performance reporting, as well as support the assessment process and career development of lecturers in the institution. This training is also a strategic step to improve accountable and information technology-based university governance.
