Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the educational guidance model used in several schools in Indonesia. This study is descriptive and verification. The study uses a qualitative approach and is non-experimental. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there is support that is tailored for students with learning difficulties is needed to help and improve students' abilities in facing exams or evaluations. School management can use diagnostic tests, interventions in the learning and teaching process and structured guidance models to obtain good final results for student academics. The results of the study also show that diagnostic interventions are considered less able to solve problems comprehensively because diagnostic interventions do not involve students' personal conditions. It is important for school management to integrate the clinical model with other broader approaches. Limited resources and administrative tasks of the teacher team are obstacles and have been proven to hinder the effectiveness of work, so it is important for educational institutions to increase resource allocation. Continuous and structured educational evaluation helps improve the quality of teaching. Integration of various approaches and continuous evaluation is absolutely necessary to create better academic quality.

Abstract

Indonesia is the most powerful country in Southeast Asia and the 13th in the world, according to research from Global Firepower and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). However, Indonesia requires cooperation with other countries in military diplomacy on the international stage, while upholding the principle of an independent and active foreign policy. Therefore, Indonesia can collaborate with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in global arms sales, including joint exercises. This research method uses qualitative research, which utilizes conditional observations on natural objects and data collection as explanatory information. The study results indicate that Indonesia can collaborate with North Atlantic Treaty Organization member states in defense development, such as the physical construction of the Minimum Essential Force (MEF) and Indonesia's role in joint exercises, with the caveat that Indonesia does not have an official relationship with NATO as a non-member country.

Abstract

This study examines Indonesia–Australia cooperation through the World Mosquito Program in controlling dengue fever in Bandung City during 2023–2024 from a global health diplomacy perspective. Using a qualitative interpretative library research design grounded in constructivist epistemology, the study synthesizes peer-reviewed literature and institutional documents on Wolbachia technology, bilateral cooperation, and dengue governance. The findings demonstrate that the impact of the program cannot be reduced to short-term epidemiological outcomes, but reflects a gradual transformation in vector control paradigms shaped by policy coordination, institutional learning, and transnational knowledge transfer. The cooperation functions not only as a technological intervention but also as a diplomatic mechanism that enhances policy legitimacy, governance capacity, and trust among stakeholders. Variations in effectiveness highlight the importance of local context, political commitment, and adaptive evaluation frameworks. The study argues that sustainability depends on the integration of global standards into domestic institutions and the alignment of preventive health innovation with national policy priorities. This research contributes to global health diplomacy scholarship by illustrating how bilateral cooperation operationalizes biotechnology within complex governance environments and long-term public health strategies.
